We attended the Precious Memories Network presentation. Now we know why the speaker asked everyone to put away their phones, because they do not want you recording what they show you verses what the REAL savings are. In the presentation, they said we would be able to purchase vacations, hotels, cruises, through the program at wholesale prices. They stated that priceline, travelocity, and other travel sites purchased their vacations through them. They show you trips with thousands of dollar savings, based on a 2 person overseas trip. We figured with these savings it would only take about 3-4 trips and it would have paid for itself. WRONG!!! After waiting almost 2 weeks for our login, figures they only give you 3 days to cancel for a refund!
Once we received our login my wife and I started setting up some trips we have been dreaming about. After setting up a cruise there was a savings of only $50.00 per person! We called and spoke with Anthony Bechelli (Manager), he said the savings are not on their website, we had to talk to a travel agent to get the savings. We called an agent and set up an overseas cruise for our family of 15. We figured there should be huge savings with 15 people. WRONG! With 15 people, roughly $2,000 per person, our savings was only $200 per person. Which the savings is totally wiped out by the cancellation insurance policies they made available, which cost much more than the cancellation insurance policies that we could get through other channels such as AAA or AARP.
When we tried to contact customer service on numerous occasions, they are closed and can only leave a message. Last time we called their message said they are closed for a week for training?!?! Really!!!
DO NOT believe this company! They are liars and totally misrepresent their vacation savings. They give you only 3 days for a refund but don’t give you access to website for 2 weeks! They are scam artists! We are filing a complaint with the BBB and Tom Martino immediately!
My husband & I went to a 90 minute program presentation on 5/19/18. The program was wholesale vacationing. They stated when you purchased the program you were now licensed as wholesaler buyer. You would be able to purchase vacations, hotels, condos, etc., through the program at wholesale price. They stated that priceline, travelocity, and other travel sites purchased through them. They did a power point presentaion about what they had to offer. Two other couples were there too. They stated the program was started by a group of veterans. My husband liked that since he is a disabled veteran. My husband wanted to purchase the program. We had to sign a contract for the membership. They went through their website and showed us these wonderful deals. They stated we would be able to call customer service before our membership was fully activated and make purchases since it could take up to 5 days for full activation.
When we tried to contact customer service, we found out they were closed on Sundays and Mondays. I had left 3 or 4 messages for them. I called them everyday from 5/20/18 to 5/25/18 to find out about my membership. I found out that we could not check on anything because they could not find us in the computer. Customer service can only take your information and turn it into reservations. When I could finally use it on Friday, 5/25/18, I found we could not get most of the discounts they said we could. Such as disabled veterans discounts, low cost condos, inexpensive cruises and so on. They grossly misrepresented the program and in some instances, flat lied. I called the number for cancelling the membership on 5/23/18 & all it was, was a recording. I needed to speak to someone about what I needed to do to cancel.
If I would have found out how to cancel my membership I would have cancelled it by the date of 5/23/18. Customer service was not willing to give me the information. I talked to a customer service person on 5/22/18 and told her I was not happy with the membership, did not want to keep it since I could not even find out what the cost are for hotels and condos. She told me the representives that told us we could get information before our membership was fully active, was mistaken. She told me to give it time, I would just love it. Never did she let me know how to cancel since I did not have the information until after the deadline on 5/23/18. My husband called and spoke to customer service and told the lady he wanted to get in touch with the person that did our presentation. She told him they do not do that. He told her, the represenative said we could do that. I called the customer service.
I spoke to a customer lady and told her I felt I had been lied too about the membership and she started yelling at me. I told her that we were shown a power point presentation that showed the discounts. She yelled at me again, and said those were only examples and they could have been 6 months to over a year old. I told her we were not told that. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She had the person that did the presentation call. He was on the defense from the start. He yelled at me and said some nasty things. I finally asked him why he was yelling at me, I wasn't yelling at him. All I wanted was for them to cancel my membership and cancel the contract. For the price I paid, I excepted it to be what he said it was. He kept yelling and making threats. I cannot find where they are actually located. The only address I found was the one for Compliance Verified MC015 in Scottsdale, AZ. That is the phone number that only has a recording.
Precious Memories Network We recieved a phone call. Invited us to a personal presentation. Was shown glowing reports of enormous savings that we could procure IF we signed up for their $12K membership program. Claimed that they were the Costco of Vacation travel plans. That they would ALWAYS get us fantastic discounts on any vacation/travel plans, except airfare.
Unfortunately, when we called to actually try to book several vacation juants, the discounts were minimal (maybe a few hundred dollars at best), which was totally wiped out by the cancellation insurance policies they made available, which cost much more than the cancellation insurance policies that we could procure through other channels such as AAA or AARP. United States
In our most recent conversation with a representative from PMN, the representative HUNG UP on us, when we protested that the offeres they were presenting us with were NO DEAL AT ALL.
