They came to fix my dishwasher, but did not do so. They took the part with them when they left (strange), so I don't even know if they tried to put in the new part, or just walked off with it.
I reached someone at the business who said they would come out for a follow up to fix the dishwasher and they never showed up for the appointment, never called, did not return my 2 calls that day, nor have they returned any of my (now at least 7) calls in the last 10 days or so.
I keep leaving messages, and they keep ignoring them. I did contact a human once, who promised to relay my message, but it seems that they have just decided tht once they got their payment, they don't have to actually fix the dishwasher, or discuss it with the customer.
I don't know what else I can possibly do to get my dishwasher repaired by these people, who have already been paid for it.
All I want is to have my dishwasher fixed as promised.
