Where do I start. After giving this scam of a company several chances to correct double charging my card, reschedules 3 days in a row, lied to about the services, Kathy never called for any of the 3 appointments with her to fix the issue, she missed them all and I waited an hour each time as I know things happen. I then spoke to someone who was supposedly a marketing manager with a thick accent and the phone kept breaking up with a bad connection, poor guy called me back and each time the issue was the same, he did the best he could with what seemed to be low quality equipment.

I still have no clue what he said, so I cant even say he said anythig wrong. I am not on the first page, never mind the number one spot the second upsell person vouched would happen, after I bought into the ads program and when asked about how my money was being spent and for the number breakdown the issue was avoided. So I guess something shady is happening with my money or the ads.

I called customer service and was put on hold and I had no time to wait with a business to run, so I hung up. I get sales people lie, but this company takes the cake. I decided to do some research into the company and realized they used to be called public reputation and man is their reputation bad. I then spent a few hours reading through the reviews on their new Google page and I read both good and bad and saw that, granted there is more good than bad reviews, but the good was not about the results, it was about how nice individual agents were.

The bad was about lies, scams, stolen money, contracts that lied, missed calls, reschedules, getting no results or the service promised. I spoke to an Australian agent lady and the services were explained for what they actually are, which was the first bit of honesty I think I got. She convinced me to give it a try as these things take time and google updates only so often with the program I'm doing. She made sense so I trusted what she said and decided to be patient and give this a try as I'm not very savvy on computers.

I got answers about the ads and how they work and understood a bit more about the process and results I could expect, it was nothing grand, but she explained the combination of the services is what gets me the results and I wanted more internet google traffic. My business is mostly referrals and word of mouth. I was fine with the new expectation and would give it a try for the 12 months and I would get the best results for the long term of the business, which was fine with how she explained the numbers and science of Google.

She was very patient as I was very upset and lost with the whole process so far, she did have to deal with my frustration but she was very empathetic about why. She said to wait for my appointment with kathy to see what they can do in the legal department because she could only do so much. So I waited for Kathy to call. Crickets crickets crickets, this was the last appointment with the legal department and was missed this week AGAIN!!!, after rescheduling for nearly a month now.

I have been patient and understanding, but this is my last resort and I have been more than fair and patient. I no longer want to speak to anyone at the company, just to be put on hold, not called or plain ignored or lied to about appointments that never happen or have my time wasted on crickets. I will simply dispute charges and charge back my funds. SCAM, fraudulent company. Lost a good customer. I am not very tech savy but I know when I'm getting swindled. I'm old not stupid.

The experience I had with PR.Business was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I gave them so long to fix the lack of results. These issues extended out for months and I finally tried to cancel I noticed that on other review sites they seem to respond by blaming it on the reviewer. These are the facts and I have documented emails.

Jan 2021: I signed up for an SEO package from a cold call to use with my (at the time) Real Estate website. Feb. 2021: They sold me a bundle to include website, SEO, social media posting, and voice command. They told me it was month to month. I paid a hefty setup fee.

Initial setup: I spent hours on the phone repeating the same information to the web team, the social media team, etc and was wondering why my business information wasn't in a file that could be accessed by each department. They don't tell you up front that every service is an independent dept. So much time was wasted just on setup.

I set the cancelation for my website services (prior site) for 6 weeks (March 23) and kept checking to see if my new site was ready. Every time I called I was told it was being worked on.

On April 6th I got an email from a web designer that she couldn't copy the verbiage from my old site because it was down (design had not been started as I was told). I had to rewrite everything. I had sent her links to show what I was looking for and I tried to explain it and she still didn't follow instructions so I designed it in a google doc which I don't think she accessed. This went on for a while. I also had to buy idx for real estate searches and provide links for searches. When I decided to change the contact email address to one I share with my assistant, it was only changed in one place on the site. After still not having a live website for 3 months, I contacted CS and billing and they reversed 3 months. Remember this part.

In June I still had no working website. I tried to call management but there is nobody higher than that who will talk to you. If you call CS you are transferred to the dept manager. Each department has one email address so if I'm having a conversation with Tom, there is no way I can just email Tom.

At the end of June there was a new webteam manager and he finished my site design with me on a call (Kudos to Nick). It went live at the end of June. In a few weeks I noticed that I had no inquiries and I called to find out what happened with the SEO. I was told it was working. (It never worked). I was able to log in to post a blog (it's just a Wordpress site it turns out). I could see in the back end that things weren't right. I'm not a web professional but I noticed that, in meta tags, they used the location of a Brokerage in another state with the same name as mine. We spoke to CS again and were told that it would be fixed. A month later, it was not fixed and we inquired again. On several occasions I asked about it and was told it would be fixed.

The SEO package never delivered one lead so when we would contact that dept, we were told there there were hits and we just needed to wait. The same thing happened over and over. Not one inquiry was ever captured. A professional I had spoken to told me that it was not set up correctly.

Throughout this time, a social media department is posting on my Facebook page. This is supposed to be a professional organization but I had to explain to this "designer" what subject matter to post, what colors, designs. They used hashtags (good) but they didn't put anything in the posts to capture any leads. Some posts had spelling mistakes and misinterpretation of my services. I started to proofread everything but missed the last two which were spelling mistakes (FLOOS) and a "b" instead of an "f" in another post (which they removed, themselves).

Voice Command: Ask Alexa or Siri for a professional in the area. I never came up when asking for a Realtor in my area or specifying the city. After inquiring a number of times, it was explained that my specific name or company had to be mentioned. How does anyone who is looking for a Realtor know my or my company name? I was told that this was how they did it and that's what you get.

In planning for 2022, I had enough of this game. I believed things would work and allowed this waste of time and money to drag on for months, believing it would be fixed. I wrote a detailed email to Support and copied it to 2 CEOs that I found by searching. 4 days later I called the company and was told they would call me back.

Someone did call me back. The call started with someone asking why I wanted to cancel so I assume he didn't see my email. I explained the whole story and the rep brought up that they already reversed 3 months payment (I had no services for more than 3 months so that doesn't have anything to do with now). After 45 min of going back and forth (hold on a minute, no sorry, hold on again, no sorry) he agreed that this was terrible but the call still ended with him saying that they will not let me out of the contract. I've already moved my url to another company that specializes in Real Estate. So, even though a key sales point was the month to month, they slipped in verbiage for a year into the contract (my fault for missing that but my agreement is to pay and theirs is to provide a working service). THEY defaulted, not me.

The next day they sent me a link to click for a new SEO platform. Why didn't they do that 5 months ago? Then they charged my card again. While most of the people are very nice; the business, itself, has no couth and does not care if it provides proper service. The absolute worst.

I, simply, want out of this relationship and now I want my recent charge reversed.

PR.BUSINESS contacted our offices and we did not solicit them. The salesperson promised the company would provide SEO marketing services for Google Voice, Alexa, Siri, etc.

We have since tried the SEO service that PR.BUSINESS promised our company and have had NO RESULTS. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

We have contacted PR.BUSINESS by the telphone number listed (800) 266-0219 as least (3) times and have left messages each time. No one answers the telephone and it is a personal voice mail box. There is no LIVE PERSON to speak with! We left (3) messages to cancel our service agreement for failure to perform. We have not heard back from PR.BUSINESS and the company has continued to charge our credit card with CITI BANK.

BEWARE -This is a SCAM business and it does not provide ANY of the services agreed to in the Service Agreement.

Cold call from "Sam." Told me who he was and represented. I needed SEO for my site and was looking. Told me it would cost $299 and monthly charge of $30. I said "ok."

Following week met with on-boarding person who then informed me it would be over $2000. Great! I reluctantly agreed for $1999.WE played the game of interest for another week and then nothing.

I called multiple times and multiple emails. Left me no choice but to file with Att Gen for Florida, AmEx, FTC, and BBB. Currently under investigation. This place is a scam.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. All the reviews are fake and the owner or manager is a complete narcissist. Thier rebuttals to their former clients are entirely rude, crude and unnecessary. I don't know how these people remain in business. Why is their no justice in the world??

We signed on to PR Business on August 11, 2020 for SEO marketing and voice command marketing. We were promised to be searchable on Google Voice, Alexa, Siri, etc, which they guaranteed would increase traffic to our site, and therefore more business. They sent us a docuement to sign agreeing to pay them, but when I tried printing it out, nothing printed. When we tried cancelling, due to business dissolving, we were informed we must continue to pay them, even without a business to promote marketing for.

I specifically asked them how we were to utilize SEO marketing without a business. My rep asked Danielle, who seemed to be the manager at the moment what to do. She replied, "Of, you can use it to promote yourself for the remainder of the year." I asked to speak with a manager. No manager was available to speak. I said I would wait. Nope. They would have to call me back. Okay. I told them I would be expecting a call back. we emailed the company three different times, asking for a contract. They sent us a credit application, not a contract. There is no contract that states the terms of any kind of agreement.

The credit application states that we are supposed to pay them upwards of $1600 for no services. I'm not sure how a company can do business like this, especially during covid. No business means no marketing. We reported them to the Better Business Burea of Florida, the Attorney General in Florida, the congressmen for that district, as well as the Consumer Protection Agency. I'm about to file with the FTC, and of course I'm on Rip Off Report here.

PR Business has 108 complaints against them. Google has dozens of bad reviews of businesses being scammed by them, locked into contracts. We even found employee reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor that full admit this company lies to companies and never delivers results. Someone has to do something about this company.

On November 13, 2020, I received a call from web29 about during website SEO the salesperson on the phone offered the service for $348.00 for the service I was ok with the price., and thought it was a good deal. During the conservation, the salesperson asks me what is a good date and time to schedule the setup for the service. I told the sales person November 17, 2020, is a good day he then said I would be assigned an account manager for the services I paid for. I got the phone call from another salesperson and he was trying to get an additional $2200.00 from me for the service I thought I had already paid for. The salesman kept me on the phone for over a half-hour trying to get me to commit to the $2200 for the service I, ask him about the money that I had already paid he said it was for another part of the service I would only get local SEO placement for the $348.00 I then ask him for a refund for the money that was already paid to them. The salesperson on the phone told me I would half to contact the office.

When I called the office to talk to someone about getting a refund and to cancel the service no one answered the phone. The next day I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute they gave me another number to call and again no answer the phone would go to recording and then hang up just like the other phone. They are

It all started with my enrollment with Alexa. I wanted to be recognized on there for my services. I made them aware that I was retired on a fixed income and wanted to start a business to help with my grand baby.

This company was not forthcoming and honest with me. After harassing me to have share screen meeting. It went from form simple to overwhelming with so called needed services that Alexa was omitting. They showed me only 3 pages where to sign. The full agreement that I did not see. They told me when I asked about the heading Credit Application on the paperwork not to worry because that does not apply to me. Just sign so they could to get started. Jeff Brown gave me the task to find keywords. I was paying pr.business to do. I have communicated with them on a call 3 times without a resolution in discontinue services and get a refund.

Now there are several missed calls from them with only 1 ring. I feel threatened and tricked by Pr. Business not practicing honest business practices. I did not need a $8500.00 line of credit from finance company Universal Account Servicing, LLC. without permission or notification.

This entire experience has been AWFUL! Multiple times I have taken time from my schedule and had them call me to reschedule 15 minutes AFTER the appointment time. I’ve had them miss appointments and not call at all. Any results I got on my online presence was from work that I did.

The rep even acknowledged how good I was doing and couldn’t answer when I asked what “they have specifically helped with.” I requested to cancel the service due to them not upholding their contract. I was told it would be canceled and today started getting threatening calls from a collections agency. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
