Ordered a 4 wheeler from them. My credit card was charged and invoice emailed. After that, i never heard from them again. After 3 weeks of waiting, i tried calling, texting, and emailing - leaving numerous messages. Up to this day, i haven't been able to talk to anyone regarding my purchase. I just now finally resorted to disputing the claim.

Excellent Service from Powersports Distro, called and e-mailed the next day after order to verify color choice and give tracking/shipping information. Shipping company called the day after that to schedule delivery.
Assembly is easy, even if your not mechanically inclined, the assembly instructions are terrible, if you need help search YouTube for videos "TaoTao atv assembly", there are plenty out there to help you. Thanks to those who post those videos!
First, find the battery and fill it with supplied acid, put on supplied charger and don't install until light turns green on charger. While battery is charging assemble racks, front guard, handle bars, fender flares and wheels. Use grease on the spindles before putting the wheels on, only tighten wheels until they are snug and then turn the castle nut over (tighter) just until it lines up with a hole and put the cotter pin in (don't overtighten, just want them definitely snug). DO AN ALIGNMENT before you drive, (YouTube "string method for alignment" if you don't know how to do this, it's very simple and only takes 5-10 minutes) my alignment was off by 1 1/4 at the wheels and the handle bars were turned at 11 o'clock. Again, very easy adjustment. Only about 8 bolts I had to put on did not have lock nuts, so I applied medium strength (blue) thread locker to them to ensure they don't vibrate loose. Use 91 or higher Octane Fuel (it's recommended by the manufacturer, burns cleaner in the motor and reduces pre-detonation), In MHO recommend using Sta-bil (fuel stabilizer) at all times in small engines to help keep everything clean, it's cheap insurance. Remember, any gunk in the carburetor/engine or having bad gas is an exaggerated problem in small engines. DON'T run the engine with the oil in the motor that comes with it, you must drain the oil and refill with non-synthetic for the first run (break in period of 30-60 minutes), then change the oil again to get out the small metal shavings that are caused in the break-in period, I didn't have a whole lot of shavings, so I did a second "break-in" and changed the oil again, still very little. After the break in period oil change is when you can switch to synthetic. I use Rotella 15w40 in all my ATV's, for the price it's one of the best oils on the market with the right viscosity for small engines. After your first run double check the tightness of bolts/nuts and chain.

I to ordered a taotao rhino 250 from this company on 12/07 2016 i did get an email comformation sayin my order was confirmed and would be shiped in 2 to 3 days and i would recieve aan email with tracking # after about six days i had not recived my conformation yet .
I to started calling numerous times and left messages to call me back with no responce finaly i did get a responce and was told that there was just a delay they were busy and she would get it ordered.
I waited 3 more days and still no conformation so i started calling again leaving massages each time about at least 21 times through out the day finaly on my way to work she answered and told me again she was busy and would get it right out.
The next day i did get my conformation and i finaly recieved my atv 5 days later on about the 21st .At that point i hated i had to go through all that crap to get it but i was glad i did finaly get it .
I had a little problem with the delivery he would not come to my house because of where i live i live at the end of a small circle so i had to go meet him and load it on my truck .which at that point i didnt mind that much because it was finaly here it was a pain in my but because i then had to unload this 350 some pound atv out of my truck by myself .
anyway got it down and un packed and started putting it togeter i got every thing put together in about 3 hours except the racks i was running out of time i had to start getting ready for work and i still wanted to get it started ,well it started fine i acualy crused it around my little circle for about 3 minutes never getting out of 2nd .
that night i had a work related acident to my shoulder i injured my rotator cuff and was un able to get back on my atv untill about 5 days ago it still hurt but i was able to ride it up the road a bit and noticed after i shifted into 3rd and got some speed the rear was bouncing my first thought was a un balance tire but i found out the axle is not strait you can see it wobbling after tires are off .
heres the kicker now i have tried numerous times a day to contact them to see if they would send me a new one or even let me order the dam thing my self it been 5 days no responce from messages ,facebook garys email , the website customer email, or there text number .
So i say if you order from this site your gambling with your money you might get what you order and you might not

I recently purchased a dirt bike online through Powersports Distro. I ordered the bike on 10/08 for my son. We figured 2-3 days processing. Tuesday 10/11 rolls around and we had not received any confirmation on the order. That night I sent a text to the number listed on the website inquiring as to the status. To my suprise, I received a response that evening stating the order had been processed and the bike was expected to ship the following day. I was told we would receive an email with the tracking number the day after shipment. My son and I were excited. I was impressed Gary followed up with me that day and I thought I had made a good choice buying from Powersports Distro. Then everything crashed.
Thursday 10/13 came and went. On Friday 10/14, we began reaching out to Gary to see if the bike shipped as expected, and to inform him we had not received a tracking number. We received a reply from Gary stating he would check into things and get back to us ASAP. Again, I thought everything would be ok. This is the last communication we received from this company. Later that day, we tried to reach Gary by phone, text and another email...no response. I began to get really worried and frustrated that no one could respond with a simple, "we are still checking into the matter, etc.".
My wife and I decided to wait until the following Monday to see if they just got busy and forgot to respond. Monday came and went. My wife and I decided to starting digging into the reviews of this company and found that many others have had the exact same issue we were going through. Tuesday 10/18, I decided to take action and contact my credit card company about the issue at hand. I put in a dispute to get the money back. It is now Friday 10/21. I have not heard anything from Powersports Distro and still waiting for my money to be returned.
Hence, buyer beware...do your homework. I wished we had. My stupidity and lesson learned. What truely boils my blood is I have to look my son in the face and tell him we have been ripped off and no dirt bike. At this point I have filed charges shading them for theft and have had to file a fraud charge with the bank to get my money back. Still no 4 wheeler just a bunch of problems stay away from powersportsdistro.com like the plague they will steal your money too.
