I contacted Powers and Stinson to help me to collect an outstanding debt from the broker for transportation services. That was back in April 2015 (almost 10 month ago). Shawn Donovan sent me the agreement. I signed signed and submitted all required documentation. Upon the agreement the collection process takes from 2 to 4 weeks. So I contacted Shawn during 4 week period of time to check on status of my claim and he told me he was still working on it. But beginning from June he stopped to reply to my emails and never answered my phone calls. I also tried to call different numbers from their website and write emails to other agents from their company, but NEVER got an answer. And who knows, whether they collected my money from the broker or not. NEVER NEVER use their service! Their well designed web site and eloquent slogan about "reputation of respect" is just a nice picture to attract new naive victims. This is a total SCAM!!!
