Jonathan vu at power yachts international made me pay him 45,000 usd for a boat so he would ship it, i paid the total amount and waited for the boat that i never recieved, i tried to get a few investigators involved and treatened that i would sue him, so he started paying back the money by installments, and its been over three years now and he still owe me 15,000 usd, i havent heard from him for about two years, i have been calling him almost every months now and he never picks up and he has not returned any of my calls.... i have even been spending money on private investigator to try and help me but they couldnt do much.
Back in Feb 2018, I purchased a boat and was told I couldn't take posession of the boat but not only that they wouldnt tell me where it was moved too. I told them that they had funny business going on in Maarch and came to their place of business with the police, I wanted to be refunded my full amout that I paid.
They couldn't refund my money for another 30 days he said or just take posession of the boat and drive on a bill of sales and my registration will come in the mail. I cant drive the boat with no registration or I will get a ticket and they told me to just show them a bill of sale and I should be good. However the Sharrif Dept Marine Devision said I cant do that since its been 4 months since the purchase. The boat is not even registrated at the DMV.Iits now June 20, 2018 and I still dont have my registration and im paying for insurance, a boat slip and monthly payments on a boat I cant even use.
