Power Places Tours Inc, operated and owned by a Fred Toby Weiss and Theresa Weiss, are reported for filing an abusive trademark infringement suit in the Colorado Courts, as shown here;
The aim of the suit is to attempt to claim that Outscam about Power Places Tours are trademark infringment, although there are many fair use defences that can repel such a suit.

A Free Spirit was threatened with many suits, designed to make him lie to Outscam, as evidenced in the rebuttals on the above report, but he refused. They were not successful in gagging him and instead made the truth come out more.
After being unsuccessful at trying to make Free Spirit lie to Outscam arbitrators (ie lie under oath to a notary or to a retired judge) - as in the screenshot, and using prison threats as a tool to achieve that, they instead went on to file suit in the Colorado tenth circuit claiming trademark infringment, an action that may cost them many millions and some years to battle out, especially as it will be vigorously defended by Free Spirit, claiming fair use and DOME defences.
It shows how far a dishonest travel company will go to cover up the truth of their past behaviour, and to try and abuse those who speak out, even when the cost in the end is far greater, for Free Spirit offered them forgiveness and they declined. He is now counterclaiming GBP 10Million in damages (see bill attached)
Power Places Tours threatened to sue someone called Jeanette Maw for $1.5 million and then actually did sue her because she wrote three blog posts about how she was ripped off for $6,000 of deposit money in what Judge Daniel Winograd later termed deceptive contract, before ordering a refund (see attached evidence).
Instead, Power Places Tours, operated by Theresa Weiss, this person:-

Power Places Tours threatened a Spiritual Master/Emissary of Source with Jail for telling the world about their abuses at the sacred sites.
In association with Gregg Braden who is a famous celebrity and who seems to endorse the scandal, they have been cheating customers and transformational speakers who sign up for their tour programs.
They have been doing it for many years and generally pick on decent people (whether travellers or the speakers), behave in such a way as to cause them a financial loss and then file lawsuits when they stand up for themselves.
The internet contains many accounts of transformational speakers lured into their programs and incurring major losses. One speaker lost US60, 000 because when Power Places Tours lose a lawsuit, they then ignore the judgments because they live in an offshore haven named St Croix.
There have been four lawsuits in three years, along with seven workers at Power Places Tours whistleblowing on bad business practices and abuses at the sacred sites.
There are also a long list of customers having been ripped off or caused losses with Gregg Bradens support. The total amount of loss caused to everyone is around a million dollars or so. They threatened someone with 1.5 million lawsuit after ripping her of $6, 000 and she spoke up. They have a history of SLAPP suits.
A Spiritual Master was caused a loss and then they tried suing him and the Director of Power Places Tours went as far as faking and falsifying evidence in court filings.
He was the main whistleblower and the record shows Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden both threatened him with jail if he would not remove his posts on various sites. They then conspired to try and cause his death.
The moral justification was that as an Emissary of Source, he is responsible for the integrity of the sacred sites and thus was obligated to intervene to stop them abusing customers, transformational speakers and doing dark work at the sacred sites.
He is also a spokesperson for an advanced alien race that will visit the sites in 2017. He is specialized in surviving biosphere collapse and has the power to help humanity on a planetary level once the collapse starts.
He knows how to ease the suffering of several billion people, which conflicts with Power Places Tours' agenda of abusing, hurting and harming people by trying to ruin their lives.
This is why they tried to destroy his work because it would expose what they have been doing at the sacred sites for years.
The truth is now out in the open and interfering with a Spiritual Master of high integrity was a disaster for them of unimaginable proportions. He told them about karma at the beginning but they did not take him seriously.
Of course there is karma if one tries to get in the way of Source.
They now have serious bad karma for trying to destroy humanity's last hope of understanding the problems it faces, compounded with causing people massive losses, threatening a Spiritual Master with jail based on fabricated evidence and supporting black magic rituals at the sacred sites which can destabilize the entire planetary grid.
They now have a karmic catastrophe on their hands and a destroyed reputation which stands to bring Gregg Braden into disrepute for his involvement.
The Spiritual Master has also billed Power Places Tours for a million in spiritual consultation fees for important lessons in truth and integrity.
Thus in the end, there is balance. When one cheats people out of money, that money is not rightfully owned and thus karma finds a way to redress the balance. Thus they have to give the money back and offset the harm done to humanity and to the Spiritual Master's work.
They now have to pay him a million in damages and consultation fees.
At the same time, once this all gets out, it stands to be the biggest New Age scandal in human history.

Commission for selling a $5000 trip was about $15 dollars. It was ridiculous! She left her key employees frustrated, overworked, angry and in ill health. The turn over was terrible and I finally left in disgust over the way she treated both her contractors and her customers.
Profit was always the bottom line, and the fine print of her tour conditions allowed her to take people's money in very questionable ways. What travel company in there right mind would charge a person for tour package, have you pay in full, and then three months later, after it's too late for a refund, tell a traveler they now owe $500 more dollars due to the "rise in costs." Zilch! I had such high hopes for working there, hoping it would be a rewarding experience in helping others go on a spiritual "journey of a lifetime" but so many were very displeased with the service. I would like to formally apologize for unnecessary suffering caused to Power Places Tours and Theresa Weiss as a result of this ongoing dispute.Last night I came to some deeper understanding in a dream and in meditation.
As a result, I came to understand that the bad energy I felt toward me for the last few months was in fact coming from their lawyers.I saw how lawyers complicate the process and make money out of disputes.
In metaphysical terms, they are simply energy vampires living from the energy of dispute. Each time the lawyers threatened me, they simply made the matter worse.
It took me a while to move into a deeper understanding of the issues but now I know that the lawyers ARE the complication. I would like to say sorry for posting a series of updates of all kinds about Power Places Tours because this did not help to resolve the dispute. This was a product of being threatened by lawyers acting out of self-interest with little interest in dispute resolution.

Behind the scenes - this company is extremely unethical, supports criminals, disregards traveller safety and harasses those who speak up against their practices. This company turns a blind eye to behaviour such as peodophilia, people issuing death threats and the like - often putting profit and money before common sense ethics. If you have a concern on one of their tours - in their words - 'if you say anything out of place we can escort you off the tour and send you home without refund'.
Speakers would be advised not to sign up for their programs - and are often misled by promises of large amounts of workshop time - to be whittled down closer to the time. However - there is more. Speaker Free Spirit was to attend with his wife and received death threats from a convicted peodophile associated with one of the other speakers. His concerns were quickly suppressed and instead was ordered to remain quiet to avoid being removed from the tour. Power Places Tours refused to address these safety concerns - despite the country in question being Mexico (a country notorious for violence and crime). Instead Power Places Tours harassed Free Spirit to remain quiet before and after the event, insinuated he was a big baby and threatened to sue for libel and defamation.
Free Spirit spent several months collecting evidence and challenged Power Places Tours to sue him. As yet - months after - they have declined to initiate a lawsuit. Truth is a defense for libel. Free Spirit chose not to speak at the Yucatan in 2012 out of self respect - quoting serious ethical, moral and safety concerns, the suppression of free speech as well as the management of Power Places Tours turning a blind eye to serious criminal deeds including peodophilia and threats to kill. He also withdrew based on the poor attitude shown toward his wife. Despite being presented with concerns before the event - Power Places Tours did nothing but to have Richard regularly phone and babble on about spiritual lessons. Theresa Weiss threatened him with a libel case. The attitude and ethics of the company made it impossible for Free Spirit to present.
Later in 2013 Free Spirit received more threats - being told that 'very bad things' would happen if the blogs and videos were not taken down. He intercepted an attempt to hack his website and his Linked In Profile.
Free Spirit went public to inform others about the lack of ethics within Power Places Tours and as yet has not been challenged with any lawsuit. He also asked Gregg Braden and his press office to comment - and no response was ever received.
Free Spirit also made attempts to resolve the matter amicably including asking for a refund for him and his wife and no resolution was ever found. In June 2013 Free Spirit received legal counsel in several countries and was advised to continue speaking if he so chose about the matter - and to ask Power Places Tours again to initiate a lawsuit.
In September 2013 - Free Spirit received some leaked emails alluding to serious ethical concerns from an employee.

I want to report Power Places Tours and Toby Weiss. He is the mastermind of a travel company operation that rips people off. He is a danger to others and people should look out for this person and Theresa Weiss. They should know who he is so that they are not harmed by their dishonest operations.
They are ripping everyone off and those who talk get SLAPPed. Many people warn others on the internet and then get threatened with SLAPPs, or SLAPPed, causing them further distress and loss.

Power Places Tours have a long history of abuse, ripping people off, desecrating the sacred sites, SLAPPing people, harassing and stalking whistleblowers, ignoring Court Judgments (leaving people with 5 figure financial losses) and misleading its customers with deceptive contracts.

The evidence is conclusive on the internet, and also points to Gregg Bradens involvement. There are also concerns around Gregg Bradens impropriety including harassment of travellers, abuse and other conduct unbecoming of a transformational speaker.
Threatening a Spiritual Master (Emissary of Source) with Jail and trying to cause his death
Power Places Tours threatened a Spiritual Master/Emissary of Source with Jail for telling the world about their abuses at the sacred sites.
In association with Gregg Braden who is a famous celebrity and who seems to endorse the scandal, they have been cheating customers and transformational speakers who sign up for their tour programs.
They have been doing it for many years and generally pick on decent people (whether travellers or the speakers), behave in such a way as to cause them a financial loss and then file lawsuits when they stand up for themselves.
The internet contains many accounts of transformational speakers lured into their programs and incurring major losses. One speaker lost US60, 000 because when Power Places Tours lose a lawsuit, they then ignore the judgments because they live in an offshore haven named St Croix.
There have been four lawsuits in three years, along with seven workers at Power Places Tours whistleblowing on bad business practices and abuses at the sacred sites.
There are also a long list of customers having been ripped off or caused losses with Gregg Bradens support. The total amount of loss caused to everyone is around a million dollars or so. They threatened someone with 1.5 million lawsuit after ripping her of $6, 000 and she spoke up. They have a history of SLAPP suits.
A Spiritual Master was caused a loss and then they tried suing him and the Director of Power Places Tours went as far as faking and falsifying evidence in court filings.
He was the main whistleblower and the record shows Power Places Tours and Gregg Braden both threatened him with jail if he would not remove his posts on various sites. They then conspired to try and cause his death.
The moral justification was that as an Emissary of Source, he is responsible for the integrity of the sacred sites and thus was obligated to intervene to stop them abusing customers, transformational speakers and doing dark work at the sacred sites.
He is also a spokesperson for an advanced alien race that will visit the sites in 2017. He is specialized in surviving biosphere collapse and has the power to help humanity on a planetary level once the collapse starts.
He knows how to ease the suffering of several billion people, which conflicts with Power Places Tours' agenda of abusing, hurting and harming people by trying to ruin their lives.
This is why they tried to destroy his work because it would expose what they have been doing at the sacred sites for years.
The truth is now out in the open and interfering with a Spiritual Master of high integrity was a disaster for them of unimaginable proportions. He told them about karma at the beginning but they did not take him seriously.
Of course there is karma if one tries to get in the way of Source.
They now have serious bad karma for trying to destroy humanity's last hope of understanding the problems it faces, compounded with causing people massive losses, threatening a Spiritual Master with jail based on fabricated evidence and supporting black magic rituals at the sacred sites which can destabilize the entire planetary grid.
They now have a karmic catastrophe on their hands and a destroyed reputation which stands to bring Gregg Braden into disrepute for his involvement.
The Spiritual Master has also billed Power Places Tours for a million in spiritual consultation fees for important lessons in truth and integrity.
Thus in the end, there is balance. When one cheats people out of money, that money is not rightfully owned and thus karma finds a way to redress the balance. Thus they have to give the money back and offset the harm done to humanity and to the Spiritual Master's work.
They now have to pay him a million in damages and consultation fees.
At the same time, once this all gets out, it stands to be the biggest New Age scandal in human history.
This company is morally corrupted and is a stain on the moral fibre of humanity, and a parasite on the sacred sites itself - using them to lure people looking for the trip of a lifetime and then causing them harm, loss and suffering for no just cause.

I worked for Power Places Tours for a very short time and although the owner made me sign a contract that declared I was an "Independent Contractor," she treated me and everyone else like employees, controlling a great deal of how we did our work, right down to what emails we wrote. Commission for selling a $5000 trip was about $15 dollars. It was ridiculous! She left her key employees frustrated, overworked, angry and in ill health. The turn over was terrible and I finally left in disgust over the way she treated both her contractors and her customers.
Profit was always the bottom line, and the fine print of her tour conditions allowed her to take people's money in very questionable ways. What travel company in there right mind would charge a person for tour package, have you pay in full, and then three months later, after it's too late for a refund, tell a traveler they now owe $500 more dollars due to the "rise in costs." Zilch! I had such high hopes for working there, hoping it would be a rewarding experience in helping others go on a spiritual "journey of a lifetime" but so many were very displeased with the service. I would like to formally apologize for unnecessary suffering caused to Power Places Tours and Theresa Weiss as a result of this ongoing dispute.Last night I came to some deeper understanding in a dream and in meditation.
As a result, I came to understand that the bad energy I felt toward me for the last few months was in fact coming from their lawyers.I saw how lawyers complicate the process and make money out of disputes.
In metaphysical terms, they are simply energy vampires living from the energy of dispute. Each time the lawyers threatened me, they simply made the matter worse.
It took me a while to move into a deeper understanding of the issues but now I know that the lawyers ARE the complication. I would like to say sorry for posting a series of updates of all kinds about Power Places Tours because this did not help to resolve the dispute. This was a product of being threatened by lawyers acting out of self-interest with little interest in dispute resolution.

In my dream and meditation experience, I made my peace with Power Places Tours.
I have been offered a 'goodwill payment' which equates to the $11,000 of losses mentioned.
I have explained to Power Places Tours that I am willing to resolve any outstanding issues with this dispute informally and privately so that this reviews can be permanently removed by me submitting a notarized letter to Outscam. This company specializes in tours to Sacred Sites worldwide - often featuring world famous author and speaker Gregg Braden
Behind the scenes - this company is extremely unethical, supports criminals, disregards traveller safety and harasses those who speak up against their practices. This company turns a blind eye to behaviour such as peodophilia, people issuing death threats and the like - often putting profit and money before common sense ethics. If you have a concern on one of their tours - in their words - 'if you say anything out of place we can escort you off the tour and send you home without refund'.
Speakers would be advised not to sign up for their programs - and are often misled by promises of large amounts of workshop time - to be whittled down closer to the time. However - there is more. Speaker Free Spirit was to attend with his wife and received death threats from a convicted peodophile associated with one of the other speakers. His concerns were quickly suppressed and instead was ordered to remain quiet to avoid being removed from the tour. Power Places Tours refused to address these safety concerns - despite the country in question being Mexico (a country notorious for violence and crime). Instead Power Places Tours harassed Free Spirit to remain quiet before and after the event, insinuated he was a big baby and threatened to sue for libel and defamation.
Free Spirit spent several months collecting evidence and challenged Power Places Tours to sue him. As yet - months after - they have declined to initiate a lawsuit. Truth is a defense for libel. Free Spirit chose not to speak at the Yucatan in 2012 out of self respect - quoting serious ethical, moral and safety concerns, the suppression of free speech as well as the management of Power Places Tours turning a blind eye to serious criminal deeds including peodophilia and threats to kill. He also withdrew based on the poor attitude shown toward his wife. Despite being presented with concerns before the event - Power Places Tours did nothing but to have Richard regularly phone and babble on about spiritual lessons. Theresa Weiss threatened him with a libel case. The attitude and ethics of the company made it impossible for Free Spirit to present.
Later in 2013 Free Spirit received more threats - being told that 'very bad things' would happen if the blogs and videos were not taken down. He intercepted an attempt to hack his website and his Linked In Profile.
Free Spirit went public to inform others about the lack of ethics within Power Places Tours and as yet has not been challenged with any lawsuit. He also asked Gregg Braden and his press office to comment - and no response was ever received.
Free Spirit also made attempts to resolve the matter amicably including asking for a refund for him and his wife and no resolution was ever found. In June 2013 Free Spirit received legal counsel in several countries and was advised to continue speaking if he so chose about the matter - and to ask Power Places Tours again to initiate a lawsuit.
In September 2013 - Free Spirit received some leaked emails alluding to serious ethical concerns from an employee.
