This is definitely the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with, there's not even a close second, congratulations, you've eclipsed everyone's worst expectations, from an online company.
On Dec 12, 2017 I ordered an Eagle Transfer Bench item# 77963 for my 92 year old mother. I ordered this online from Power Medical Supplies. The charge was $332.18.
As of December 17, 2017 I still hadn't received my order so I contacted the company to find out when the item was going to be delivered. They informed me that they needed to contact their Shipping Dept to find out the status of my order and would get back to me.
i never heard back from them so I contacted then again on December 20, 2017 to find out the status of my order. They told me that they didn't have the item in stock. I asked them to cancel my order but they refused.
At the end of the day on December 20, 2017, I received an email letting me know that my order had been, cancelled, that I would receive a refund and that they would remove my information from their files. I received a refund for this order on 12/22/2017.
On January 16, 2018, I received an email from this company letting me know that they charged $358.60 to my credit card and had shipped the item I had previously cancelled. I never re-ordered the item nor did I ever give them the authority to charge my credit card. I have never received the item.
