Signed up for POSTAPROP. Service was active to use 48 hours after sign-up.
24 hours after activation, we felt the system looked like a 5th grader designed it in the early 90's, the offerings were not anywhere what they appeared to be on the site where initial sign-up takes place and the graphics on the pages were really flat and archaic. We requested a refund of the monthly service fee.
As professionals, you sign up for new services all the time. Some you stick with, some you don't. Reputable companies that stand behind their offerings typically have a money back guarantee after a certain time, or will simply cut ties and refund your payment even when they have a no refund policy. In these cases, you can say you disliked the service, but at least the company treated you failrly. One might even still recommend that company to a peer- maybe they will like the service, and you know from experience they will be treated well.
In the case of PostaProp, after requesting a refund, we were instead bombarded with rude and insulting emails from the owner of the company. He spent the time to tell us we didn't know what we were doing and obviously needed help. When the owner was told our IT person is a freelancer who manages hundreds of the same types of pages we were trying to set-up, we were told he didn't know what he was doing either and since PostaProp has thousands of customers/pages, the problem was ours. After requesting to just cut ties and receive a refund (24 hours after service began) we received another flurry of emails referencing terms of service, no refunds and how they would fight a dispute of the charge. In addition, we were accused of not watching the how to videos provided (we did) and not asking for help (we did). Even when we told the owner to stop emailing us, he continued.
The no refunds policy is obviously at the sole discretion of the company. We use 23 different web based subscription services for various functions in our business, some have similar policy--that's fine, but never in 21 years of business have we had the owner or member of a company spend time to argue, demean and degrade a customer this way. Plenty of people may find the service useful, but the fish stinks from the head. If this is how the leader of the company behaves, even if the product was remarkable, it's not worth the headache of dealing with them.
We spent $37.99 to formulate the opinion that PostAProp is a subpar service compared to similar ones with a very angry owner who seems willing to fight to his last breath over $37.99.
This is Kevin owner of postAprop. This guy claimed to be a "Realtor" while trying to stiff people on a $500-$1000+ for a bogus credit repair service. We called him out on it and got his site shut down at: smartkeyproperties.com. He posted this false review on a few sites. We just found this one from 1.5 years ago. We've been in the landing page business since 2011. postAprop has been around.for 5 years and still growing, expanding, upgrading and helping Real Estate professionals grow their business.
