I have filed a complaint with the bbb, which this scammer has an f rating for the exact same complaints. I have filed a complaint with the ftc as well as the state of deleware department of consumer affairs. This scam needs to be shut down.
They are advertising a practice study guide for the usps postal exam 473. They don't provide practice exams. Their website does not work and is of no value to what they adverstise. They do not answer their phone calls and keep sending you the same email over and over. Their website states 90 days refund but when i tried to cancel within 24 hours of my order, i was denied and told i had 3 days to cancel the service...A direct discrepancy to their stated guarantee online. In both cases, i qualify but they will not refund my money.
They charge you $39.95 for a practice guide that they never deliver. A foreign woman is on the their voicemail. They do not return your calls and do not answer the phone during their stated open busines hours.
