I purchased a bracelet but never got it, months later I’m still being charged. I called my bank but they took a report down stating it was an unauthorized purchase and to refund but pending investigation. I was to call the company. I did butnit goes to voice mail every time. Never a human to talk to. 5 months now it’s been going on and just saw another barge today! Product never r expected. It’s a scam of some kind and i lose money every month. Stuck between a rock and a hard place.
I bought what they advertised asa "free" bracelet, just having to pay shipping and handling there was nothing about joining any membership. All of a sudden a couple weeks after I reeived my bracelet I got $19.99 for a memebership fee. I wrote to them and explained that I had not joined any membership and that I am disabled and living on a fixed income and cannot afford the extra expense. They never answered my email and the next they again charged my account another $19.99. I wrote them and explained the same thing.This time a bit more emphatically. I told them I had opened a dispute against them with my bank and that if I didn't hear from and receive my refund I would begin putting in complaints against them wherever I could because I had already seen the complaints against them here.Again, there has been no response and no refund issued.This company and their offers of "free" jewelery is a total rip off and a trap.
Did not authorize a deduction for any membership to Positive Voyage. Phone number has a recording that "Person I'm trying to reach is not available, and to try the call gain" After trying numerous times and this same recording, filing fraudulent charge through the bank.
I ordered several items from this place and never received any of my jewelry I already paid for, and I look on my bank account today and realized that I was charged again for something else, I never ordered anything else from them! I want all of my money refunded back to my debit card immediately!!! Or I will hire an attorney to get my money back!
This vendor was on Facebook,selling bracelets for $1 plus shipping. The total came to around $5. This was back in November and the already took the $5 from my account. Well last week they charged my account a recurring charge of $19.99.
Positive Voyage advertised 2 bracelets for the price of 1 just pay separate shipping. I ordered these on 11/23/16 and still no merchandise. This company took $4.95 and $0.51 on 11/23/16. Lucky for me this is all they got. I tried to email them but it came back as an invalid address.

I stupidly ordered 2 bracelets from an advertisement I saw through Facebook in early November and here it is Christmas Day and I still have not seen the product but I have already been charged for them, additionally I was only supposed to be charged a $1 for the bracelet and the other was free. When I contacted the company a couple weeks ago they said it was being processed but were experiencing delays and I told them I DID NOT want to be charged for any monthly fees of anything because I had seen that there was a clause that popped up quickly during the ordering process that stated something about being enrolled in a monthly subscription. At this point I just want my money back and I hate to say it, but I definetely learned my lesson from ordering off websites through Facebook!!
I had ordered 2 bracelets with an motivational saying,it's been almost 4 weeks with nothing sent.i have texted,emailed and tried calling the company with no success. Recently they took an 19.99 payment out of my checking and I went to my bank but it was too late to stop the payment.so now I know I was ripped off because they won't email me or responded at all and their so called support said to email only to them but still won't responded. Also they I read online that after so long they take a subscription price of 19.99 every month for getting nothing! I am frustrated please help me!!

On December 7,2016 funds were deducted from my account for 3 items I ordered. The amounts were .51 4.98 and 6.98.
I have not received these items. I have tried calling the phone #1 415 670 9393 and it rings once and then busy signal.
On December 28, 2016 another deduction was taken from my account in the amount of 19.98. This is suppose to be a membership fee, that wasn't aware of.
I have sent an email requesting they refund my money and cancel the membership.
