I was scheduled to take photos witj yhis company buy i had to go out of town because i was going out of town so i called d requesting a refund and i was told because of the special no refund i told her so i just lose my money she saidthey could reschedule i told her i ws moving out of town she said where am i going to be located i told het i didnt know and she still wouldnt refund my money i wish i would have read these reviews first but i will cancel my trip one day to take these pictures but i will never ever knowingly deal with this company again
When you're approached by a salesman with what seems like an amazing deal 100$+ photo package for only 25$, I just couldn't pass it up. All I needed was a quick, updated picture of my boys. It couldn't hurt right? As of today, I have yet to complete my services with them. Two weeks ago pictures were taken of my boys. We came with them already dressed, no costumes and I only wanted a picture of the two boys together. As the photographer rushed through the session, I could only anticipate the pictures being of lesser quality due to the fact an 18month old child can not always be the easiest to direct with the limited 15 minutes of a session. As I call ahead to inquire about being late to pick up the MN was rude. Not considerate at all. I am in hopes that he's child does not suffer from an asthma attack and needs to be hospitalized and doesn't have to inconvenience others. I will keep posted as I complete my services with them.
