The car was leased from the Leasing Company Gand Prix in 2018. I paid for the 3 year lease and at the end of the leasing term , I bougt the car knowing that the warranty for the car was still in place . It was confirmed by The Porsche Financial when they prepared the documentation for the car . The troubles started immediately after the purchase.
For more than two months I was not able to get the Certificate of the ownership. Porsch Leasing LTD claimed that they sent it to me , it was lost and I had to pay additional $35 to get the dupplicate. I tried to argue that it was not my fault.
Finally, I paid the fee, had been waited another two months and received the certificate on June 15th, 2021.
My car was absolutely fine and during the lease time it underwent 2 maintenance check-ups in 2019 and 2020 that included the oil change, drains clean up , and so on . I complied with all the requirements the Leasing Company passed on us.
I brought the car to Porsche dealership 3 month ago forr check up and some troubles with drains. The service center manager Tom Leszczak

started to work with Porsche . He decided that the drains had never been cleaned and because of that he offered me to pay $2600.00 for the emplifier replacement. I sent him the receips of the service . The answer was, no. According to him and to Porsch , I did not have a right to do maintenance at the centers not authorized by Porsche. I called to the Grand Prix, my leasing company. According to them they have never heard about this requirement and confirmed that they never informed the customers , including myself, about this restriction.
I called Porsche Custoer Service ( Case # 5634418, name of the associate Jevon). After almost of 3 weeks of waiting, she called me and informed that the conditions of the warranty are published on the Porsch web site. Since I broke the condition to have the maintenance at the servise not authorized by Porsche, they voided the warranty, and can not help me.
I asked to send me the email explaing all the reasons in writing, the answer was they do not sent out bounded emails.
