DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They pretend to have a USA website. You order, they bang your card right away and the product shows in in 25+ days.

When you need to return as the product was not as described, suddenly they tell you to ship to China..PRPAID and here is no way of tracking it.

These people are a scam...plain and simple. BUY USA AND VERIFY.

Order Number: I1176935 purchased online on 01-05-18 for $18.34 NOT RECEIVED to date as of March 27, 2018! Contacted popjulia on 01-11-2018 questioning delivery. Response was: Merchandise should be received on March 15, 2018 and sent to me after this date. No email, tracking number, or merchandise has been received

Ordered a dress from "popjlia.com" on 12/24/17. I paid an extra to ship it on an expedition. It supposed to arrive at me in 7-10 days. However, I did not receive it until 1/18/18.

The received item has the wrong size. For example, the received item is 34" in length instead of 38.2" listed on the web, the bust is 33 instead of 35.4 and the waist is less than 29 instead of 32.3.

They expect the customer to pay the return shipping postage even the mistake was made by their poor quality control. After many emails back and forth between the seller and the buyer (I even took the pictures of all wrong measurements), I decided not to waste my time for the uncertainty they might create during the returning process. In the meantime, the return fee is going to cost me almost the money I paid for the dress.

This is ridiculous that the customer is to force sharing their misguided action and their poor quality control issue. The return fee is going to cost almost the money I paid for the dress. Meantime, many emails back & forth disappointed me after I received the item. (I even took the pictures of all measurements). Finally, I decide not to waste my time for the uncertainty they might create during the returning process. Doing business with this company is not reliable, and their imprudent method to deal with their customer is totally unacceptable. refuse to pay return postage of wrong sizing item

Trash chinese company selling trash merchandise trying to steal money, but there are always innocent people like me falling into their trap because we are so spoiled by the integrity of american business culture.I hope lawyers will take action to throw them out and protect the american consumers.

I still haven't received all my items 2 months after placing the order.The items arrived in multiple packages over a long time span.

Since the return window is only 15 days, you have to make several return shipments to china, which would cost a fortune. The style and quality is nowhere close to what they advertise. The sizes are odd. They do everything to deter you from returning and you would end up keeping a pile of junk.

I ordered some clothes from them. They are different style and color from the one i ordered from the website. I wanted to returned them back but they said I have to pay for shipping and handling for sending them back. They are not the one i ordered..
