I ordered the merchandise for gifts during Xmas season and on their web site they indicated that the merchandise will arrive 3-5 days but so untrue. We waited because you cannot cancel the order anymore then it arrived for I don't know 3-4 weeks later. And the seams cannot be sewn up! The material was never serged correctly, so during the wash, the popped-open seam became all frayed. There is not enough material to sew it back together.
I contacted PopJulia and they told me that they would NOT return my money because 15 days had passed.

Sizing is Asian. Shoes are 1" to 2" shorter than US size.
Clothes are very small, to medium at most even if "large" is stated.
Quality is very poor on some items.
To return one small box cost $90.
No tracking is available to China, and company claims they do not receive returns.
I washed the dress one time.
