1/17/2018 00:43 EST - Buyer: I received a counterfeit flat iron. The advertisement says it is a BabylissPro Prima 3000 however the one I received is a fake.I bought the flat iron thinking it was going to be the real deal but when it came in the mail I knew it was a fake. I even made a YouTube video about it warning other people not to order it because it's not real.I did buy a real one and compared the two. There is a list of reasons that it's not real. Number 1. It doesn't get hot, 2. It's not titanium plates, 3 it was coming apart before I could finish taking it out of the box, the color is different, the material is different, the buttons aren't the same, the cord isn't the same.I would really appreciate a refund. The quality of the Iron was so bad that I was scared to plug it in. I had ordered from Pop Grab back in April, knowing it may be a while before I would get my product, but to my surprise, in just a couple days, I got an email with a tracking number. The tracking number led me to a "it's not in the system" alert, but I wasn't too worried-just figured it would be sent soon.

Nope. I emailed and got a bounce back a couple days later that their email wasn't even working/couldn't be delivered. When I went to the website-it's gone. Gone. No refund, no explanation, nothing. They took my money and closed up shop.

I bough a bluetooth adaptor from Popgrab.com and the itemt was delivered. After trying it out, I was not satisfied and tried to return the item and get my refund. After noticing that my email was not delivered for several days, I realized that the website is down. The website has been down ever since. The first time I tried to contact them was on May 3rd. Today is May 10th and the website is still down. Whenever I try access their page, I receive the message that the page was not found. I really do not like the item, it does not work properly.

Never received merchandise. No way to contact.

Cost with "shipping” was over $40. Attempted to contact via their "support” but messages came back as non deliverable.

Did not receive my item

I was also scammed and like the others only got two emails back and then nothing else and I've sent plenty , there has to be something done about this

Its not right ESPECIALLY when you see the advertisement on a social media app , should I contact them to let them know ppl are getting scammed from advertiser's on their platform?what can we do so others don't become victims ?

Ordered 2-glass dipped ink pens/gift box for a total of $77.93 on January 7, 2018. Credit Card was charged that day. Never rec'd items. They gave me a tracking number which states "Label created, not yet in system". I've sent multiply emails to them. Usually no response. Twice I receved a generic response that they guarantee the item is in process and my complaint will be escalated to management. And nothing! Do not buy from this company!

I have filed a complaint to CitiBank, who contacted the company and they have had no response.

They advertised special pricing for an USA artisan made item. I have since found exact items for a 3rd of the price i paid and when the item came not only was it broken, but it was made in China. When I contacted them to request and refund and to return the item they have drug the process on for over a week, asking for videos in a tedious format, and then they couldn't find my order in their records so I had to send a copy of my confirmation. They say they strive for the Best Customer Service, but it's actually Very Poor. they claim that it's easy to return and get a refund, but it's anything but. I feel cheated and now being treated as a criminal for asking for a simple refund.

Scam, they did not send my order but pretended they did

I ordered some miniature shadow boxes that looked so cute on their website (I got there through a link on an ad that had shown on my FB page, never do that!) I paid using PayPal, my account was charged immediately and about 1 week later, when I had started wondering if it was ok, Pop Grab sent me an email saying my order had been shipped and there was a tracking number. I tried the tracking number but it was not recognized by the shipping company. I tried several times. Then I contacted the costumer service at PopGrab (email only) an automatic message immediately came back acknowledging the receipt of my inquiry, someone named Mary then wrote back saying that she could not find my order by order number, could I send her the tracking number, I did and waited for an answer for several days, NOTHING. I wrote again, asking for an update. NO ANSWER. I finally wrote again demanding to know if they had really sent my package and that I was going to start a claim in PayPal, again, NO ANSWER. So right now I am waiting on PayPal to help me solve this. PopGrab has not answered PayPal's inquiry yet. I do not know how this is going to end but I strongly advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this site, it is a scam.
