Phillip of Poolmasters is a master scam artist. He will start the job with a big down payment and then manipulate you, even to the point of putting a lien on your house, to pay extra for his supposed unknown extra problems. He never did come back, so I had to hire someone else to finish. Complete scam who should not be licensed by the county as a contractor but they do nothing about it. IF you try to have this guy build or fix a pool for you, he will take a big upfront payment and then you will be fighting him. Don't do it!!
I am not in the pool business but certainly there are better choices.
