PoolDeals.com Reviews

I placed an order on 6/23/19 for a pool liner and was immediately charged. Was emailed by Jamie stating they didn’t have the liner and they could send a different one or cancel the order. I asked to have my order replaced. He said ok, this process usually takes 3 days.

Long story short... called customer service and was told that my refund went thru on 6/26/19.

On 7/6 still nothing in my account so I had to contact them thru their website and open a “ticket”. Reggie Anderson responded that my refund went thru 6/28/19.

Sent another email a few days later and got the same abrupt response. “ refund went thru 6/28/19.

It is now 7/13/19 and still no refund. So I filed a claim with my credit card and I’m sure I will get what is owed to me. I saved every piece of correspondence between myself and these scammers. Stay away from this company. I should have done my research but I was in a hurry. I learned my lesson.

Nothing but aggravation.

Pooldeals.com is all over the Internet. There are so many complaints about them. I can’t find one good review and it’s all the same story over and over again.

Do not purchase from this company. I have just been in contact with Reggie who claims he is a Manager. I received a defective pool cover. It had a hole in two places. I found this out the day I was closing my pool when I opened the box. I sent him the same pictures that I have attached here showing that it was clearly defective when I opened it. Since my pool was cleaned and full of chemicals, I "patched" the cover and I had to install it. I asked for another cover. He said he could not do that unless I returned the one that was bad. I asked to have him send me a new one and I will send that one back and he said that he had to have my bad one first which means I would have to "open" my pool again and send it back and wait for them to send me a new piece of junk and then close it again. I asked for a phone number to talk with someone and he said that I had to respond through their email system. Buyer beware,,, look at their reviews, I should have done that first.

I researcehed as best that I could to make sure I bought a quality Solar cover. They make claims of their superior manufacturing technique. That the solar cover will hold up year after year.

Well mine didn't make it thru 1 complete year. After I used it in 2014 summer we washed and dried and put Solar cover in dry basement over the winter. When we pulled it out to use this year there where tons of little plastic dot floating in pool when we removed the cover. Then the seams started to split and create huge holes in the middle of the 30' x 50' cover.

Don't believe their hype.Save Your money and buy a different brand.
