I had given a task to design a swimming pool to Pool Design Consultant, USA represented by Kayne Larkins Marzetti.
I made an online payment of USD 500 as 100% advance to the company on 17th Jan 2020. However the company could not do the work satisfactorily so on 8th February Kayne Larkins Marzetti offered to refund the money which I agreed (see attachment).
When the payment did not come and on enquiry Kayne Larkins Marzetti said on 11th February that payment has been refunded and that I will receive in a day.
When the payment still did not come I enquired to which Kayne Larkins Marzetti completely changed his stance and said no refund !!
Please look into the matter and ask Kayne Larkins Marzetti to refund the money as he was unable to do the work and he himself offered to refund the money.
