Customer care is a way useless, company is not standing with the product, my above ground pool material stretched after 3 months of use and it is not about using the pool it about the material they use , i am not sure if it is healthy or not but it is not build for USA for sure
This company is a joke. Bought a pool yesterday and set it up filled it with water and there where 8 holes in the liner. I called the company and they told me to patch the holes or cut the liner and send then that with the receipt and they would replace the liner. When I ask them about the money I was also out for the water they told me that the water wasn't their problem. I wouldn't buy anything from this company
I purchased a pool. The ladder is flimsy. The sand filter pump stopped working, i contacted customer service went through all the steps for the warranty. I was told the pump would be back in stock in 2 days later. I had to cut the cord to the filter and send a picture of that along with a picture of the reciept to the email provided. I did that 1 week and 1 day later i contacted customer service again because i have not heard anything. That is when i was told i would recieve my pump next spring :( REALLY! Next spring! I said how am i supposed to keep my pool clean? The girl said just keep swimming and try to keep the water moving. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. And i will not purchase another polygroup pool again.
My husband & i ordered a summer escapes pool,on line suppose too have 90 day warranty, the pool cost us $428.00 i have tried too, contact them regarding this matter, the pool is factory,defective..the stitching on the seem of pool has come undone, around half the pool, wich is 15×48 we would like,a replacement, or a full refund..
Bought a Polygroup summer waves pool on June 23 2017. Got the pool home to find out the canister that holds the motor was defective and leaking. Called Polygroup to have a replacement sent the first one was lost transport. Called after 5 days and they had to resend a new canister so waited 2 weeks for the part. A week after the motor went out on the pool had to call again to ask for a motor. Took 4 days for the new motor to arrive and to find out that I never received a tracking number from customer service. With all the waiting it took the pool turned green so we had to get chemicals to treat the pool. Now the second motor is not working and according to customer service we should only be running the motor for 3 hours in the morning and three at night. Now the motor is hot and customer service says it's not their problem. New motor.
I bought the polygroup 10 x 30 metal frame. The motor was defective. Contacted the company numerous times about the warranty. THe pool was defective out of the box. I sent the required proof of purchase. I was told the part would be shipped on May 11, 2017. Never was shipped. THey flat out lie to you. Do not trust this company. I called them today to inquire about the part. While on the phone I faxed them the receipt as well. I have a log of the fax being delivered. They flast out still said they didnt receive it.
Do not buy any products manufactured by polygroup. THey do not honor their warranty.
We bought a polygroup pool (well over a month ago) and it said on the box that if we had any issues to call them and to NOT return to the store. We installed the pool just as the directions said, began to fill it up and it began the leak, there was not one, but three holes in the liner, one being directly in the seam. I called polygroup as instructed on the box and they told me I had to patch it, I explained the hole was on the seam and that a patch doesn't have a good chance there, the man rudely told me that was the only thing they could do. After speaking to a manager he agreed that a patch on the seam is not very effective and agreed I needed a whole new liner. So I cut a big hole out of the liner (as instructed by them) as well as sent pictures and all the requested information. I was told they will get a shipment on may 1st and then they would ship me the liner because they at currently on back order. prior to cutting a big hole in the liner I had the manager assure me that they would be able to get me a new liner in a reasonable amount of time, he assured me the company would take care of me and not to worry.
So I waited a few days past the first, then called because I hadn't heard of anything shipping. They then proceeded to tell me that they have no idea when the shipment will be in and that no one told me a date. I asked for the manager to call me back ( I asked for him by name, I kept records of everyone I spoke to). Never heard back, so I called again today, another person told me they have no idea when it will be in and I just have to wait. This is hands down the worst experience ever with a company, if they are going to sell this item they should have it in stock for when someone receives a defective item or at least be honest and upfront. I would not purchase a pool from them.
My family purchased a 17" pool from PolyGroup via Big Lots, and it collapsed (see photos at imgur: http://imgur.com/a/oidEl). The metal is not stable and the entire back yard was ruined. You can also see the weight of this broken pool completely crushed a bucket we used to catch excess water, and had this been my child she would have been seriously injured. Do not buy. This product is dangerous and not stable, and you will not receive your money back.
As for the warranty, PolyGroup offers a 90-day warranty. Our pool broke on day 100, and despite being only 10 days out of warranty, the company told us we had no claim and they wouldn't help us at all. The metal completely bent in half on half of the poles, and they said they had no responsibility whatsoever.
Do not purchase this product. Your family's lives are at stake and the company will not help in any way. Terrible product, would not buy again and would not do business with them again.
I bought a poly group pool from Walmart in May of 2014 and it worked good. Took pump in and drained pool September of 2014. Went to hook it up May 2015 and pump failed to work so I bought replacement pump. It worked for 32 days and died. They refuse to give me a refund because it was past 30 days. By 2 days. They won't give me 60 dollars back because I was over by 2 days. This is not the way to do business
