I have been using Poloniex since june this year and never had any trouble buying trading with them- More or less 10 000 US$ at the cheapest of the altcoins I bought- I exchanged coins, sold coins, withdrew them when they were at highest in june. In the coins I bought, 75 000 XRP's (ripple) stayed on the exchange, for I could not find a desktop wallet, But when they released the desktop wallet finally, I installed it on my computer and withdrew my coins from Poloniex- A few hours later, not having received any coins in my wallet, I connect to Poloniex's website to find out a "complete:error" message.
So I sent them an issue ticket that remained silent for days. I sent them another withdrawal issue ticket that remained unanswered. They never replied to any of my mails, and just bury their heads in the sand. At this very moment, my coins are worth 96,000 US$ according to coinmarketcap.
I fell totally helpless and really do not know what to do, and would be really greatfull for any input that could bring this situation to an end.
as you see here Poloniex is on stage one fakeing TXID they are doing it to alot of people.

Earlier this year I succesfully deposited nearly 20000 BitShares (BTS) on the Poloniex exchange. Without warning they shut down the wallet and the ability to sell, buy, withdraw or deposit BTS. The following message has been coming up when you enter BTS on the exchange for the past 5 months:
"BTS is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet/network issues. Deposits and withdrawals will remain disabled until a solution is found, which may require an update from the BTS team. Any updates must be tested and audited before enabling."
I have created several support tickets without them answering. They have been completely silent on the BTS situation publically. The BitShares Foundation has also reached out to Poloniex and offered their assistance, but Poloniex has refused to answer.
On the November, 9th, 2017, I have made a deposit of approx. 61,500 BTS (current value ~$8000 [11/23/2017]). The deposit has not been credited to my trading account up to date, NOT even displayed as "pending".
I have filled a ticket with Poloniex #512441 which up to date has not been resolved -- at this moment it has been 15 days.
Poloniex subsequently suspended deposits/withdrawals of BTS, however, has not made any statement about the nature of the issue or ETA.
I have made the deposit BEFORE the suspension of Poloniex wallet. The deposit is recorded correctly at BitShares ledger, and is possible to be checked on BitShares Block Explorer. Correct address and memo (can be verified retrospectively).
The deposit is effectively floating in the air --if not stolen--, preventing me to withdraw or trade, and not having my assets at my disposal exposes me to the excessive risk of volatile market. Other people are affected.
