I bought a game account using poe4orbs service which was supposed to be secure and full of safety promises, two months later the account get stolen and I have no way of recovering it because the information they provided me with regarding the seller is not correct, infact the CD key they provided me on behalf of the seller was fake. I contacted them for help and they sent me a questionnaire to fill out so that they can carry out an investigation as they have told me, which I did and sent it back to them.
Here is a quote from the email which includes the questionnaire " If the game account can not be recovered though the steps in this guide, please fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of this message and send it back to [email protected] along with any requested attachments. Note that publishers sometimes use temporary suspensions as a method of disciplinary action, if you have received notice of a temporary suspension, the only course of action is to wait. We do not issue poe4orbs Market Credit for temporary suspensions. However, you will be eligible to receive poe4orbs Market Credit if a temporary suspension becomes a permanent suspension and it resulted from the actions of a previous owner."
Their second email to me in reply to the questionnaire was that I should be the one to prove that the loss of the account was a direct result of the seller. The fake Cd key by admission of the publisher qualifies as a loss as a result of the seller because it is impossible to recover the account without the right CD key.
The third email I get is their famous email which they send to evey victim such as myself and here is a quote
" Sorry for the delayed response.
For this case, we have tried to contact the seller to recover the game account but not receive any response yet. So, we have suspended his PA account and will ban the game account as well to prevent the potential fraud.
However, according to the record, you didn't buy any insurance when you placed this order, we are not able to give you any reimbursement at this stage.
Anyway, we are very sorry for any inconvenience you may experience.
and that's it , I lose my money and the account and they get to do business all over again, and by the way they never banned the seller on their website because I check almost daily. Ripoff
