I was contacted on a freelancer site called Upwork saying that I was going to be an editor for the website www.gainsight.com. The person who did this contacted me from the a cell fake cell number on 10/17/17. He claimed his name was David Nick. He told me to contact his Hiring Director Toni Kassie via Google Hangouts for the interview and job briefing. I then contacted her and went through with the interview, was hired, and told I would be paid a rate of $15.34/hr. I was then told I would be emailed a check for $1200 and that I was to mobile deposit it and send her a screenshot of the confirmation. This money was supposed to be for my materials to start working: software, work time tracker, etc. I did that. When the money was in my account (10/20/17) she had me to make a Western Union account and send $800 which added up to $879.99 by the end to Sotomi Taiwo. 14405, Rio Bonito road. Houston, TX 77083. I sent them that (10/23/17) and apparently the money was picked up by said person. A day later (10/24/17) I was told to go to Amazon.com and buy three gift cards in $100 increments for them. They stole my codes and redeemed them. After Toni tells me that they are waiting to ship my items I do not hear from her. Which was fine because she said she would talk to me tomorrow (10/25). Around 4:15am on 10/27/17 I receive an email saying that my account was overdrawn by $1,186.47...the amount given by a bounced check plus about $14 I had in the account. I went to go to tell Toni about this but am blocked on Google Hangouts. I tried calling David Nick; he is using a texting service so no call could be made to him. I called Western Union and tried to get my money back but could not. They filed a case for me which was case number:1892109. I do not have a way to pay overdrafts or the fees and need my money back. I called Western Union and filed a claim with them. I filed a claim with Amazon who put a hold on the gift cards. I filed a claim with my local law enforcement. I filed a claim with my bank (PNC). I filed a claim with ic3.gov (FBI) The bank is telling me that I am responsible for repaying this in 14 business days. I was the subject of fraud and I am held responsible for the money. I do not have that money and find that I deserve to be repaid this money and not be at fault for something I did not do intentionally. I was not aware that this check would bounce. Therefore, I should not be liable for this. PNC was great until this, they do not want to help the customer. I need assistance. I was the one who was the victim of this scam. I should not be held responsible. I submitted disputes and were given provisional credit whilst they investigated my case. The amount for the Western Union was just recently denied. I thought PNC was verifying that I was scammed, I WAS. I know now that my other dispute for Amazon will also come back denied if this is how they work. I am really considering leaving PNC because this is unjust.

I recently contacted PNC Bank, President/CEO Bill Demchak Office concerning an online PNC Bank SCAM/FRAUD in the amount of $700,000. PNC Bank response was: 1.) I was responsible for the SCAM/FRAUD 2.) PNC Bank refused to apologize for the SCAM/FRAUD 3.) PNC Bank refused to acknowledge that someone at the bank knew intimately about my checking and savings accounts and stole my money 4.) PNC Bank refused to acknowledge that an Audit of irregular activity occurred 5.) PNC did not conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) of my accounts 6.) PNC approved the International Wires sent to Chinese Criminals and Gangs, possible Terrorism (This is a Federal Offense). 7.) PNC Bank closed both my checking and savings accounts due to Suspicious Activity.

This is also Financial Elder Abuse since I am over 65 yrs. old. (This is a Federal Offense). PNC Bank is denying that this is Elder Abuse. What really hurts is I was a Valued and Model Customer for almost 10 yrs.at PNC Bank and now the bank is treating me like a Criminal. My Credit Score is ruined and I am a FRAUD victim by SSA, IRS, Medicare, Social Security and the Credit Reporting Agencies.

To start off, I am now shorted $1500 out my accounts I have had for 13 years with BBVA Compass Bank(happily), and totally bungled the transfer after BBVA was bought by PNC Bank, it has been nothing but a disaster transition, money missing from my accounts, debits that I did not do or authorize to be done plus more that is way to much to write here.

It is not possible for any bank to be as dysfunctional as PNC Bank. Absolutely unbelievable how dysfunctional this bank really is. Unless you bank with this bank you will not know how bad this bank really is!

In 2007, I bought a home in May 2007 from Maui Financial, unknown to me it was an unclean note to the house and shortly after who we purchased the home from went to prison for Mortgage Fraud with a 21 year prison sentence.

His name was Lloyd Kimura and he was involved in multiple mortgage embezzlement schemes for which he took the fall for many accomplices with more guilt than himself. Our home was then transferred to Meridian who then transferred the note to Flagstar Bank and Rick Luckadoo in Michigan with a note on the allonge for the transfer not to go over towards National City Bank of Ohio who wanted the transfer.

Somehow, it is alleged that National City Bank still got the transfer despite our notes to the contrary and eventually the allegedly merged into PNC Bank, N.A. The problem is the wet note nor title to our home never transferred to the National City so how could it get to PNC?

They out of nowhere were trying to take advantage of Hawai'i's very corrupt Bureau of Conveyance filing system where anyone can make a deed for any piece of land and cloud the title as these guys did. Unfortunately for them we have proof of the allonge going to Capstone in 2012 an affiliate of Meridian who was tied to the crook Lloyd Kimura and Maui Financial also recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances in Honolulu, HI which has Land Court recording and Regular System recording of land deeds.

So, even though PNC made a frivolous filing as many do in this system that goes unchecked, Capstone still thwarted them. In the year 2012, they showed a not of transfering and signing off all ownership to our home in Makawao, HI which they never have proved they had a right to, to begin with.

When National City began billing us at one point even though we saw no clear change over to them, in time, it was confusing all the change of hands taking place on a title that was not solid due to all the illegalities. They had raised our mortgage costs to double and then PNC their affiliate was offering the loan mortage modification scam they are famous for getting sued over.

In fact, I was foolish enough to pay them once $3000 a month they were asking to see if I qualified for the loan modification and I wound up winning the class action lawsuit settled against them for committing a fraud in 2015. I had told them to cease and desist and did not recognize them as the loan service because there is no allonge from Flagstar to them ever made.

Despite the 2012 letter stating that PNC turned the loan over to BSI Financial in 2012, and being told to cease and desist harassing the home owner since they were not the company, Capstone was the proper company to pay at the time. They most certainly were crooks and continued to be crooks.

Lloyd Workman of their San Diego branch issued a foreclosure that I was finally served with by summer of 2015. As the matter dragged on for a pending court conference I was being deprived of all due process rights despite being timely in responding to my service by publication.

Finally, a prehearing conference was set for July of 2017 and I had my son go and get a lawyer for me who was advised to us by some folks in the golfing and solar panel industry as well as realty fields that we will not name here. This alleged lawyer worked for Cain and Herren, LLC and had been an accountant before, and was actually a paralegal pretending to be a lawyer.

His name was David MCcreight. he claimed to be having negotiations on pay-offs to the crooks PNC with their lawyer Andrew Telio of O'ahu and Zachary Kondo and that he would show up to the pre-trial conference on behalf of me and my family. Instead on the day of pre-conference he says he cannot show up, but he would slip a Continuance Motion in.

He did neither such thing. I still called in and could not reach the Judge on time and the Judge put in a Summary Judgment against me, which was not right due to the fact our lawyer lied and we found out was actually a paralegal and kept trying to get us to short sale before the incident and even after when the Court was set on Foreclosing on us.

We put in the Motions for Reconsideration with help from my son, that only got us to October where Judge Cardoza the biggest crook there is, went and shut us down and refused to see evidence of MCcreight's wrongdoing in the case and how Mr. MCcreight intentionally sabotaged us and our case for our house against these crooks, PNC Bank. When PNC Bank, came forward they said that they acquired our Mortgage Note from MERS who transferred the title to them.

Such an argument and claim is false because MERS is only to record titles not transfer them to PNC. They had MERS record it after they illegally jumped it into the BUreau of Conveyances, knowingly clouding the home mortgage title and trying to rip off the homeowner, myself.

When Cardoza started putting the home into auction level at December of 2017 he assigned a commissioner from the same law firm, Cain & Herren where we hired the saboteur for the case and paralegal, David MCcreight. This was a Conflict of Interest that Judge Cardoza failed to place on the record despite removing Mrs. Elizzabeth Cuccia of Cain & Herren as commissioner.

When he put a new commissioner it was still a Conflict of Interest and wound up being my children's and ex's cousin Walter P. Vierra who we proved was still tied to Cain & Herren, LLC and also David Sereno that worked as his law partner and was a fellow member of the same religious church community that had done off the record work for Mr. Vierra's former co-worker and church member, Jessica Ross, who had been kicked off another small vacant property our family owned in Lahaina side by the same Judge about 20 years ago.

She still came forward and tried doing things on that land such as taking advantage of war veterans illegally as she is not a licensed social worker and housing them outside on other people's property in the rain to profit from her 501(c)3.

Not to lose focus all these people were in cahoots and the Judge again refused to see a conflict of interest in my children's familial cousin Vierra being the commissioner as well as his ties to another case I was in, and as well as the party conflict since he was tied to Cain & Herren who I hired once again the fake lawyer from their firm who set up our case going into the default and kept trying to convince us into short selling with his friends before and after the sabotage that Judge Cardoza refused to fix.

Now, we tried appealing in the Intermediate Court of Appeals, but fumbled the ball of the deadline and bought about 6 months more time. The auction details kept stretching out and eventually we filed a federal complaint for all these fraud events happening in the United States District Court of Hawai'i in the spring of 2019.

In the process we discovered that Cardoza had been using unusual circumstances and rulings to put the homes he desired from Makawao area auctions in the pockets of his buddies by the pre-auction games many have done around here for awhile. Ex-CIA agent Quentin Thomas Wells did this write up on Cardoza Mob all should see and it involves almost all the Catholic churches here on Maui.

He is in the St. Anthony Church of Wailuku as were other clerks in his court whiting out documents, deleting or making documents disappear, backdating files, and we even have proof of forgery. Now we get to the good part of this story because these crooks working with PNC locally for their own benefits cannot control themselves. Check this out. https://judicialcorruptionnews.com/judge-joseph-cardoza-mob-exposed-with-paul-j-sulla-complicity/

I have witness my Motions denied with no judge present several times. At the last hearing in July of 2019 Judge Cardoza allowed a lot of unknown lawyers to guest appear in the case such as Douglas Sameshima I had retained before (another Conflict of Interest), and George J. Alejandro who either himself forged the auction Order proposal of the Commissioner, Walter P. Vierra (cousin of my children and ex) or had someone else forge the documents with the clerks in the Court that attend the same church as Judge Cardoza. We have witnessed and people documenting and photographing everything that goes on giving affidavit and witness testimony as this case is in three (3) courts at once in Hawai'i.

It is still in the 2nd Circuit , Wailuku where it started as well as the Intermediate Court of Appeals in O'ahu, and United States District Court Case of Hawai'i. There is proof that the Supreme Court Justice Judge, Mark Recktenwald is tied to Cardoza's house home benefits and assets when home owners get their houses stolen with the help of the court officials and lawyers getting kickbacks from the bank.

Mr. Vierra never sent any reply to our Proposed Order on the Auction because he died upon September 27, 2019. This is when George Alejandro finished up the paperwork in November with Vierra's forged signature and they backdated the document to September 11, 2019 (6 days before his death) and slipped it in the physical volume II of our case 15-1-0224(3) despite all case work being filed electronically in October of 2019 thereafter.

My son, on November 21, 2019 first witnessed the secretly backdated and forged document and brought attention to fraud in the court house and took documented pictures. The clerk there to cover their tracks loaded the backdated-document in electronically, but did a maliciously wrongful thing, by allowing the date to be as September 11, 2019 when it was uploaded in November.

More acts of fraud were committed when PNC Bank's firm Nakashima and Ching handling the case for them in O'ahu had their lawyer Ryan B.Casten produce a never before seen, cut and pasted document of a never existing allonge from Meridian directly to PNC. We called it out as fraud right away and the judges would not allow the dismissal to go forward on their behalf as they saw it as a ploy. Further, before any foreclosure or auction order was given by dirty handed Cardoza, his associates in the Catholic Church, David Sereno also tied to his cousin and my children's cousin was marketing our home that it is not even easily flippable at it's $200'000 dollar low value at $690, 000 by Josh Jerman of Wailea Group, LLC. It would take them a million dollars to make it worth that much. Land itself is destroyed and poisoned, There are rat problems caused by old pineapple fields, leaks in the roofing everywhere, busted pipes, one working toilet with a very badly messed up septic tank system, electrical problems and fire hazards, that we maintain to survive. It is not quite condemnable, but nobody has a right to try and sell your home before you get an order against it from the court which Cardoza was glad to help PNC with for his own unjust enrichments with his company of lawyer friends and family,

Right after they started trying to rush the auction the lower court and still are trying to do so despite all this fraud. Cardoza himself even showed up and tried to intimidate my son in public possibly or check out my son who was documenting these things for me.

There have been people that work for and around Cardoza begging to come work at home for us and look into our personal files? Get out of here! And then they sent Department of Health and Vector Control to try and get a report for condemning our house to the State so that they could kick us out before due process is finished with PNC in the United States District Case- complaint for all these acts of Civil R.I.C.O., fraud, aiding, albeiting, collusion, and much more.

The lawyers at Nakashima & Ching that represent PNC Bank, even had our Proof of Service by Process Server sabotaged for a time when they had their server Tammy Silva tell us that it was not a conflict of interest for her to serve them as we paid her to do and then play games with us for weeks and acting like she did not see our letters or filings.

We have names of almost every clerk in Cardoza's clerk in on the fraud and collusion. D. Pellazar is probably being framed since her stamp with a back rolled stamp to September was done in November. I do not believe she would have risked her name. I believe it is another clerk.

Any in Court room 3 at Second Circuit Court which is former Judge Cardoza's chambers, but he still comes in and out of retirement to try and steal homes from elderly, children, and grandchildren here at my house for Unjust Enrichment as he did to the Giordano family.

There are ties to a Paul Sula, and notice of many secret and stolen land ownership deeds with Judge Cardoza's signature stolen from local Hawaiians here and his newly groomed Judge Matson Kelley according to investigators in the Giordano case I provided the link for.

We should not have our home taken from us nor should we file a bankruptcy with a crooked bank that never had the wet note or any formal switch given to them by a valid allonge or anything of the sort. These matters and much of the evidence is in court along with affidavits and soon to be called witness testimonies.

One of the last events because I cannot fit them all here involves 6 sets of affidavits being stolen out of the U.S.D.C. court where we are currently at. That was important evidence and we feel the judge should most certainly given the TRO against the banks and all the crooks involved we know, but PNC's accomplice, Cardoza is tied with the State Bar of Hawai'i has power with the Supreme COurt Justice of Mark Recktenwald that gave him Maui's best Judge award (total b.s.), and some of the federal court Judges have also been appointed by Obama who still has ties and political connections here.

Obama and my down the road neighbor Oprah may wish to stay clear of these crooks. While Hawai'i has a homelessness issue, these people perpetuate it and hope to gain and flip houses off the backs of struggling and suffering Locals. We do not want a house for free.

We want a proper bank that is on the note and the proper mortgage, but we have been frauded from the beginning with Mr. Lloyd Kimura who gave it to more crooks that wound up with PNC that works with Public Officials that do their own sabotaging of cases to gain on the auctions.

There's so much more I could say here and we have documented these awful crooks for years and been patient while Cardoza threw everything out of court we requested. He even refused to recuse himself despite the fact that my last name is connected to his family even though this is my step husband's surname and my children are directly related to his family of Cardoza, Duarte, and Decosta. He perjured himself in court on video when he acted like he was not related to these names or overtalked me to avoid hearing the relation.

I mentioned that on cdr video as well as my children's relation to deceased Vierra which tied the judge and commissioner together as a huge conflict of interest besides their inner church ties. We have also asked that our case be dismissed, but the banks do not want this even though the entire thing has been a fraud and a sham.

If they do manage to auction us out we will still sue the living hell out of them and Cardoza as they had no right to foreclose at all to begin with. Now, that we are in federal court and we see hands exchanging and clerks in the Second Circuit slipping in illegal and forged documents into files with backdates which is illegal too, we know what we are up against.

They do all they can to thwart us, but our handwriting expert is a former FBI agent in the mainland of California. We suggest they get ready for exposure as we have been detailing the news connections and everyone else about this. Also, there are Hawaiians that have a valid claim to the old patents on this home and land which validates their true ownership and they never signed a thing with the banks or construction company that illegally built here since the 1960s.

PNC did all these crimes of fraud and Civil R.I.C.O. combined with filings of false deeds and dirty clouding of title, use of public officials in collusion, forgery, and more. It is time the lawyers for PNC Bank, including lloyd Workman of Aldridge Pite, LLC, and all their connections for Nakashima and Ching, specifically Ryan B. Casten, that put together a fake allonge get fried and we see justice at last.

We look forward to the trial date even if me, my children, and grandchildren are homeless by then. We will sue the hell out of them! Also, George Alejandro jumped in out of nowhere to represent deceased commissioner Walter P. Vierra the commissioner who himself was a lawyer and never needed Alejandro before, more reason that we know forgery was committed or hired by Mr. Alejandro a former Aldridge and Pite, LLC now working for Yoshida & Associates of O'ahu.

He never entered or put notice of entrance of counsel nor was their any notice of counsel leaving the case before he jumped in. Highly suspicious and all are said to represent PNC, Bank N.A. I am very old and all of this can affect my health as it has. Intermediate Court of Appeals case brought forward for the new Auction Orders was done on January 8, 2020 as CAAP-20-00000-12 and can be viewed on JEFS if you are registered for $250 every 6 months.

The United States District of Hawai'i case also pending is CV 19-00248 and charges on Pacer.gov by the document you look at once you set up an account. In the Second Circuit Court of Wailuku you can also go there physically to look at it or pull it up free of charge or on JEFS system uned CV )Foreclosure) 15-1-0224(3) or online version of the case is written as 2CC15000224, which costs money.

The Judge and company also backdated the December 27, 2019 Order because my son checked thoroughly all documents on December 31, 2019 upon filing paperwork for me and it was non-existent in the Second Circuit. We are writing books on these matters.

Corruption is corruption and nobody should benefit or steal your family's home using a bank such as PNC that had no claim from the get go. Cardoza allowed it for his own advantage as did his affiliates working to sabotage our case all around. We just had to resend documents because important ones went missing or stolen from U.S.D.C. - T.R.O. is what is needed and a Stay of Foreclosure until the Fraud investigation is done. Let's fry these crooks and keep fighting the good fight!!

PNC Bank and First Data

I was told by a woman named (Randi Mc Kenna) located in Pittsburgh PA I could cancel anytime with out a penalty, she lied to me and now First Data claims I owe them over $3,000.00 for canceling out and returning their POS system to them with tracking numbers.. The POS system locked up occasionally and I had unexplained charges on my bank account and they never sent a monthly statement. Now I must hire a lawyer to fight them.

Deposit a federal check into my account. It was made payable to my son. I am on my son's account and it is linked to mine so I am responsible.

I have done this many times over the years for my children. My son endorsed the check as did I for a deposit. PNC rejects the check. OK fine.

But they will not return it or credit me the money. They are keeping the money until they MAIL me a COPY of the check to present AGAIN.

I can not take the 'COPY' to another bank. So they have taken his money and are 'borrowing' it??? Interest free while they delay the return of the check.

So many bad things about PNC lately. They are hurting because their programs are horrid so they have taken to short term THEFT. After having my accounts

there for 30 years - it is bye bye LOSERS!

In August of 2017 they closed out my business checking that i had had for 40 yrs with a local bank with no notice and no reason was ever given. I had a prepaid card with them and it was 2 days till my soc sec check was to be deposited. Their answer was too bad they would open a personal account for me.

To date they cannot tell me why they closed the account - sent my mail to a wrong address and it toom 15 days to get my soc sec check and a month to get my check for funds still in the bank.

Run from these folks - they take forever to post depsits unless they are cash and you have to make an appt to see anyone to open or discuss an account problem even their phone folks are no help. They have stripped the local bank to grey walls and sterile environment.

What started this I was going out of town for some traing for work. Checke my account to ensure I had sufficient funds in my account. Found that an amount had been withdrawn from my account I wasnt familliar with, I withdrew the remaing amt available. Leaving only a few dollars. Called the Customer Service on the back of the card inquiring about who made the charges. Maugerite assisted me I asked about the charges and who made them. She gave me the information and informed me that for them to do anything else she would have to close my account. I explicitly told her not to close the account as I would be traveling and my paycheck would be deposited when I was out of town. (Recorded for training purposes) I would contact the companies and resolve the issues myself which I did.

Got back in town from my training went to use my card would not work. Called cust serv. they said they would send me a new one. However during the almost three year period of using this card I had changed address recently my employer would have change my address. No problem done next business day a monday. Spoke with a manager Monday to see if we could expedite this procedure. See said she could. and that she could charge me $15 and FedEx it to me and I would have it to me by Wednesday. Called my creditors explained to them situation they were very gracious. Wednesday is here I work from 3am till noon at the airport. Made arrangements with my landlord I rent a room from to sign for this fed ex package is it comes before I get home. I get home to nothing no Fed Ex. I call Elanor to find out whats up do you have a tracking number. Guess What never shipped.

By this time am desparete have expended all cash and cash I had stashef for Christmas to take of bills that wouldnt wait gas food etc. Tried to talk to Evalines Boss (Lisa) only to get the song and dance about a card shortage blah blah. Told her at the end of this conversation she would be going home to her familly and eating dinner where I would be having none. Well its Friday and still no card for a honest hard working 62 y.o. man that did nothing wrong to be treated this for wanting what is righfully mine. Looks like no pizza and beer for this guy tonight or tommorow or even Sunday maybe Monday. Who knows? Hungry in Columbus.

Walked in to a pnc bank they previously cashed one of my checks before, but that day things changed a teller, Black female Cancelled my check due to non Sufficient funds.

  • Aug 30, 2017

This bank not only charges you $36.00 for going a couple of dollars over but then continues to charge you $7.00 a day until you pay up. In my case because its an account that i only use once a month, they are charging me $147.00 for going over $6.03. The only reason it went over is because they charged a $7.00 monthly fee for doing nothing, as far as I can see. Listen to others, run away from this place. They dont care about you, only the $$ I'm on a fixed income and they have refused to do anything about this. That money is half of my food cost for the month. Now I'll be going hungry until I can make this up.

For 2010 IRS income tax purposes, we received a (not to be confused with a 1099 form) for a Money Market account ........ and additionally..... interest income for a US SVG bond. We do not, nor did we, have US savings bonds.

Upon calling the phone number for inquiries (1-888-762-1099), I was eventually connected with Kyle Lamont (877-762-8000) who researched the matter and said that she did not find a record for the SVG account number given. She was to send a letter of correction/amended form. I was waiting for the letter (having phoned Ms. Lamont and left a reminder on her answering machine) before filing our 2010 income tax. Nothing.

In April of 2011, I wrote to PNC Bank stating the above facts. Nothing. On February 24th of 2012, I spoke with an employee (724-942-6090) who was to intercede and resolve the issue. Nothing. I am now preparing to file income tax for 2011. I want/need the 1098 error correction by the NINTH of March, 2012. IT HAS BEEN IN EXCESS OF ONE YEAR THAT THIS REMAINS UNRESOLVED. 'Devon' of PNC 724-942-6090 has said that 'he put in a request' for the correction.

Lindsey Breidigan.... Internet Client Services PNC Bank has 'forwarded my mesage to a Customer Satisfaction specialist.' Melissa Monroe... Internet Client Services PNC Bank will help resolve the issue of the MISSING DEPOSIT if I will forward information. . Kaitlin Andrews.... Internet Client Services PNC Bank states that 'all Savings Bond Research must be done within your local PNC Branch. By visiting www.pnc.com or contacting us at 888-762-2265, we would be happy to search the nearest branch location for you to further dispute and research this issue.'

The 9th comes; the 9th goes......... NOTHING.

I have a personal checking account at PNC Bank in Palm Coast, Florida. PNC mailed me several promotional checks. ]Being a financial expert, I called the bank to get the credit limit on the checks. I was told there was no link unless I planned to write them for over $100,000. Based on this information, I deposited one check for $3,000 into my personal PNC checking account and another check for $3,000 into my company account. PNC bounced both checks and charged a return fee. I called PNC customer service and met with my PNC branch manager. They gave explanations for bouncing the checks which was not true. PNC then took control of my checking account and locked me out denying me access to my account of funds in the account. I filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve System because I do not recall reading thet the Federal Reserve has delegated to banks the authority to seize customer bank accounts without informing the customer.

I am currently working with an attorney in an attempt to reclaim my checking account. I will also check with State officials to see if any State criminal laws have been broken and if bank officials can be held accountable.

This is a complaint that an error by your bank resulted in damage to my credit rating.

I am a customer of PNC Bank at Hungerford Dr, Rockville MD.

In September of this year, on the phone I paid the VISA bill by giving the routing and bank account numbers of my account Capitol one bank , each time this numbers (checking account and routing numbers) were repeated by me and the employee Later PNC called to say those numbers were not correct, so I gave them the numbers a second time. They called again saying the check was reversed I asked why they repeated that the info was wrong so again I repeated the same info numbers for the third time. When the payment was successfully made they then closed my PNC account without telling me they would do that and without giving me a reason. As a result, my credit rating was damaged.

I complained to the bank and PNC employees Jennifer Bolder and Jen Simpson. Both said they would listen to the recordings of my 3 attempts to pay and get back to me but none have done that yet. When I call I get an answering machine.

The miscommunication of the numbers of my account was due to an error by the bank employees, who were incompetent because I had them read the numbers of my account back to me to make sure it was correct. The third time when it finally was done correctly was when a manager took the information. I paid the balance due in full. Thank you for your attention.

I have been contacted by your bank executive customer relations. Each time I am told they are waiting for the recordings I have no reason to lie as to what transpired. As far as I knew, the first time i gave my routing number and checking account number I thought that bill was paid in full. I am not responsible for your untrained employees, not one but three of them who talked to me. Eventually your bank took the money then closed the account. Why should this clerical error result in closing the account when the customer was trying in good faith to pay in full which I did when the information was finally taken correctly. I have spoken to Jenifer Boulder, 269-544-3971(she supposedly still waiting for the recordings, Jen Simpson (she never answers her phone).

I am tired and frustrated and angry that my credit rating is affected over this.

I went to WaWa's at 2701 Thonotosassa Rd Plant City, FL 33563 on my way out after my check was deposited on my AMEX Bluebird care direct deposited. Had plenty of money to cover my withdrawal and the ATM which is a MoneyPass machine came up on screen after requesting my withdrawal of 380.00 screen went blank for 10 seconds or so came back up stating to contact my financial institution then the screen went blank again and said Machine was Out of Service! And printed no receipt and no money was given, It stating contact my financial institution indicated to me that there wasn't enough money for my request you would normally think but nope, I had to stop at two other machines and couldn't get the amount I needed to pay a bill out so I was kind of wondering what was going on, So upon checking my balance the PNC Bank ATM didn't give me no money but I will be damned if it didn't withdrawal it from my prepaid Bluebird card and screw me.

I contacted Amex and let them know what had happened and they claimed they put in a dispute but gave me no confirmation number and also told me they would be sending me an email with in 48 hrs confirming my dispute and got nothing! I also called PNC Bank customer service for them to basically not give a d**n about my well being or how basically screwed their ATM left me and they told me I had to take it up with my card company since I am not a customer, But if I use your ATM that indicates to me that I just became a customer when I went through a machine owned by your establishment and acting like it was no big deal and I was mainly asking for you to have the machine serviced so you could see it was over in money and if it was not and it totally was messed up then check the cameras inside WaWa's and on your ATM and you will see no money was distributed and I even complained and talked to a WaWa's employee after it happened informing her and asking her where another MoneyPass ATM was located because I still needed to complete my withdrawal of course not knowing you went ahead and stole my money from me and took it anyhow when clearly your stupid ATM had something going on with it to tell me to contact my financial institution and then to go out of service come on! Cameras are there for a reason and I don't give a rats a* whether your third party servicing company claims it was correct or not,

I have been using ATM's all my life and I have never once been ripped off by one, or even short changed! And I have never filed a complaint or a anything having to do with such! If I got the money I wouldn't have wasted my time on the phone and now doing this to complain about being ripped off by your company. I wasn't able to pay my rent or my cell phone because that money was for both of those and AMEX told me 10-45 days to even see if your servicing company serviced the machine or if it was right or wrong or anything. Now to your company and AMEX 380 dollars may not be alot of money and be chump change to you, but to someone living paycheck to paycheck thats a week's pay and it hurts! 10-45 days to get off your asses and refund someone their money back that was the fault of your companies machine when it took you all of 30 seconds to take it from me and screw me is ridiculous and should be against the law. I am lucky I am not homeless right now and your customer service rep didn't give two shits about anything but rushing me off the phone and not even giving me a confirmation either, telling me she sent an email to the third party servicing company to have them service the machine due to a complaint of being shorted and yet I even offered her my phone number incase the company needed further information and she refused to take it. I want my money back and I won't stop until you do the right thing and refund me money you wrongfully took and have been holding for over 10 days.

PNC Business Banking in Florence Ky recommended I talk to their merchant services rep- I spoke to her and explained my situation and needs and she assured me it was a no brainier - I sent her text right before I signed the long contract and she assured me that absolutely nothing would be deducted besides $15 a month -I was immediately billed $104 for a processing thing called a clover which I explained I didn't need and she neglected to explain I was going to be charged and that there was a fee for this at all! I have those texts and I still cannot seem to get the money refunded and get out of my contract so I can switch banks after 12 years as a customer -

I went to my local branch because it is 5 minutes up the road instead of my CU that is out of state. I have never had such a horrible banking experience!! First they literally wasted no less then 4 hours or so of my time over 3 different days to get the accounts set up and then "teach" me how to utilize the online banking. The entire system is overly complicated to perform the same tasks any other online banking service provide. Then they run through the laundry list of fees associated with absolutely everything such as a monthly fee for a "platform" to be able to send wires etc .... again just overly complicated and unnecessary. The worst of it happened AFTER I put money into their bank, of course once they have their hands on your money. I believe this is just another ploy to make money on your money. I was told checks deposited would be a 2 - 4 day holding pending if it were out of state or not etc. I faithfully deposited my customers money into this account to find out 2 days later they decided to put a hold on my accounts and not allow me to withdraw any of this money for 10 days. I operate a business with contracts and am held to a time frame for each and every contract and do not allocate 10 day holds when not told at the time of deposit. I waited until the 4th business day had passed, went to the branch and was not allowed to withdraw the money for the order. I explained that this money is contractually obligated for orders etc and of course no one was remotely helpful. I was turned away. This is CRIMINAL and I would highly suggest anyone thinking about banking with these crooks, go elsewhere. I wish I had read more reviews before trying to transfer my business operating to this horrible institution that claims to look out for its customers. All monies deposited and currently being held have cleared the other banks and PNC is actually in possession of that money so it is not as if they are worried the checks were no good .... they are literally financially raping myself and my business. Please if you have had a similar experience, share your story. These big corporate banks should not be allowed to bully consumers like this when we are putting our hard earned dollars in their bank and providing them jobs!

PNC Mortgage forclosed on my home while in the middle of my divorce with 4 little girls. I was a stay at home mom for over 13 years and they would not give me the opportunity to see if I would be able to afford the mortgage payment after my divorce settlement or even give me the chance to sell the property. They gave me less than 30 day notice and when I came home one day, there were locks and chains on ALL doors. There has to be some kind of law that protects people from this, while going through a divorce, all assets are frozen, and everything is pretty much on hold until judge makes a ruling.

I signed up with PNC Merchant Services on 9/24/2014 for a simple merchant account; an account with no monthly fees. I specifically told Randi McKenna that I was not going to be processing credit card payments on a regular basics and did not want to pay a monthly fee. Now, almost two years later, PNC starts charging me $19.50 fee per month. I contact them and they informed me they sent a letter to me in February; I never received the letter and I told them. They assigned me a person Mark Blackstock, ***-***-****, to resolve the issue for me about the fee and about cancelling my merchant services account; he did absolutely nothing - they are crooks. Blackstock told me that I signed the contract and agreed to a fee, if I did not process $60,000 a year in credit cards and that I signed the contact stating, agreeing to keep the account for 3 years; I was not aware of either of these things. These are key things that Randi McKenna should have pointed out to me. I never would have agreed to processing $60,000 a year in credit card payments or to keeping the account 3 years. The figures McKenna put on my application for Visa and MC amounts, I did not give them to her; she put them there on her own. She is responsible for letting the customer know all these things but she did not tell me anything. PNC Merchant Services are a rip off and is designed to get customers sucked in for long periods, so they can make a profit. I have contacted their corporate office several times, speaking to various individuals, who blames me for not reading my contract and refuse to cancel it. As I pointed out, Randi McKenna should have told me the two very important things on the contract about the committment for 3 years and the fee that will be charged if I did not process $60,000 in credit card payments; in my case, Randi put it up to $75,000. There is no way, I would have agreed to either of those terms! PNC Merchant Services should be shut down for deceiving people!!

As a businessman I receive all kind of payment including bank-to-bank wiring and international wiring one day I was doing business with the Middle East and I received 200000 US dollars as an international wire. I had enough funds in my account I'm well-established relation will the bank and axis of millions of dollars A month later I visited the branch and ask for $50,000 certified check to pay for some merchandise. I was stunned to learn the teller at the bank referred me to the manager who refused to give me my money I'll start interrogating me by asking me questions like what I'm going to do with the money why do I need that much excetera excetera. My answer was simple and easy none of your business.

Can I get upset with that branch manager in Port st. Lucie Florida then I had to travel all the way to Vero Beach Florida where I initially open the account and the manager knows me and at that point I didn't close all my accounts and moved on to a different bank. Good relation that govern consumers and Banks is very clear and it's all based on trust, once that been touch then why would I trust that bank and keep my money there? When Banks misuse their power and interpretation of the Patriot Act which by the way has been ended by President Obama. Then what's the purpose of having all kind of federal agency who monitor funds and isolate suspicious activities

PNC Bank cleared a check in the amount of $1600.00 on December 11th, 2015. It was for a new part time I job and I had a representative verify the fund with Fifth Third Bank. The branch manager confirmed the funds were available and that there would be no issue depositing the check. I told him a coworker had an issue and I wanted to be extra sure. The branch manager then told he that the check had already posted to the account and that there would be absolutely no problems with depositing the check. The Fifth Third representative confirmed the issue as well. I called into the call center twice as well to confirm that there was no issue with the deposit. The call center representatives both confirmed no issues on the 12 and 14th. On the 16th, I noticed a large withdrawal on my account in the amount of the check.

I did not receive any communication from the bank about any issue with the check or with my account. Because it is close to the holidays and I had been assured there would be no problems with the transaction several times, the funds were not in the account and it caused my account to overdraft. When I went into the bank to figure out what was wrong, I was informed there was an issue with the deposit. Apparently the check was fraudulent. I called the issuer to notify of the issue and filed a report with the local police. I asked if there was anything else I could do with the bank to make the account right, and they told me it was my fault. Despite verifying the funds several times, I was supposed to know the check would not clear. They refused to take the police report and to assist with the issue further.

After I requesting that PNC not authorize funds that were not available in my account. The did and notified me by phone 11 days after they had already made $7 per day overdraft fees and x11 = $77 + $36 overdraft fee. When I asked them why they stated they allow certain transactions to be paid. So basically my requested did not matter and they authorized charges knowingly would made my account insufficient. They are ROBBERS and THIEVES!!! If your smart you would never bank with PNC Bank due to unfair practices!!! I recieved a letter today 14days after the insufficient funds! This is Illegal!

Overcharged on bank fees for minimum balance ON a checking account $2000 which was changed via a bank statement and not thru a contract. Spoke to the people in corporate 18005931012 whose name is John and Kendra who cannot give me a correct answer as to when my notification has been sent out. Also told to look up my own bank statements to see when it was changed. You are not able to talk to anyone who is actually in charge. They also think it is funny to send you from person to person who are all at the same level, they all call themselves MANAGERS, WHAT A JOKE.

John also said as soon as you sign a signature card that allows the bank to change their contract.

Do not use this bank

I called the bank when i saw the transaction pending and they told me to wait until post so i can dispute it and get a provisionary credit immediately. Well of course it posted and a dispute was filed but no credit on my account , its the holidays and i wasnt expecting something like this to happen to me. Im more disappointed because i spent a total of over 2 hours on the phone with different representatives trying to get this handled before thanksgiving , and everytime i speak to someone either they would transfer me within 1 minute in the call , or place me on hold for over 40 minutes . PNC has the worst customer service. After all this is cleared an when i finally do get my money back Im closing both of my accounts with them , I just cant deal with a bank that will allow things like this to happen and im not alerted at all, plus the kicker of it all is once the dispute was filed , i was told it can take 10 business days to get resolved . So now im out over $900 and its the holidays and on top of that i dont get paid until after thanksgiving. This is ridiculous and I would never refer anyone to this bank ever

Pnc bank is the worst bank that i have ever dealt with. I recently had someone compromise my bank account taking over $900 from Brookyln NY now i live in Charleston SC. The bank informed me to file a dispute and after that i would be given an provisionary credit until this matter is resolved , well that never happened with the credit on my account after i filed the dispute. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with different representatives , that kept putting me on hold after only being on the call with me for 1 minute . One representative told me that she was going to transfer me to a specialist and said the wait time for the specialist is only 2 minutes well that was a lie i ended up waiting over an hour literally on hold , finally someone came on the phone just to tell me its going to take 10 business days to get resolved . Now at this point Im really ticked off because for one its the holidays and two no one showed any kind of care in the world . After this dispute is settled Im closing down all 2 of my accounts with this bank and I would never recommend anyone to open an account with this bank , they have horrible customer service reps an a dumb way of making sure the customer is taken care of .

I fell behind on mortgage payments like so many other people during the financial crisis the country went throuhg and PNC Bank took advantage of me!

For starters I purchased a property in November of 2007 with 20% down and financed the remaining 80% through Nation City Mortgage at an interst rate of 6.75%. UNFORTUNATELY this loan somehow fell into the hands of PNC Baqnk. The payments were made on time until a severe illness hit one of my immediate family members around 2010. This illnesss was so severe that it lead to the death of that family member. This illness and later death of this family member put a HUGE financial strain on myself and other family memebers causing me to fall behind on the mortgage.

I then opened a line of communication with PNC Bank informing them that I wanted to keep the property and work out a deal with them. After countless conversations and correspondence that lasted almost two years I was able to get a loan modification out of them. I accepted this modification and when I finally was able to sign the papers this past summer and begin a trial period the shock hit me!!!! The paperwork stated that all the past interest, fees, attorney fees, taxes, insurance, was added to my loan principle and the 6.75 interest rate would also remain.

In a nut shell what I got for a loan modification from PNC Bank on my property was this:

The original loan balance was $361,000.00 when my hardship began. My new loan balance is now $462,000.00 with an interts rate of 6.75%. I have no choice but to make these payments to keep a roof over my family's head. I would like to know what happened to the "bail out" that was supposed to be handed down to the concumer.

Thank you for making an additional $100,000.00 offf on me PNC BANK! i hope you enjoy taking away from my family and myself you greedy bastards!

I had become 2 months behind on my mortgage payment due to a loss in income. I have not been able to catch up the 2 months. This is now September 1, 2015 and I am currently still 2 months behind. The 2 months behind has been since June 2015. I agreed to file for financial hardship with the "Loss Mitigation Deptment". I was given 30 days to have all requested information to them. Everything was going fine, they were receiving my fax copies up until the last fax....the last fax was sent from the same fax machine (local PNC) that all other fax copies were sent from. Well the last fax sent on August22, 2015 was still not shpwing up in their images file.....imagine that!! So I faxed again ( for the 3rd time). Called them immediately after the fax to give them the exact time it was faxed. Guess what the person told me? I may have to start the process all over!!!! Bull crap.... this company harrasses a consumer to no end. Phone calls are made from them every other day snd someone has stopped by the house twice (on a sunday no less) to leave me a note to call them. But yet I cannot tall to anyone at my local branch concerning this issue. I want to get rid of this company ASAP!!! Any solutions???
