Placed an order via website for $169.35 on 9/14/16; received automated email of order confirmation and no further communication since.
Because the website suggested a 7-10 day shipping window due to high volume of sales, I waited for three weeks before following up regarding not receiving the order or any shipping acknowledgement.
Numerous avenues of contact were attempted-replying to order confirmation email, emailing customer service address listed on website, phone calls to two separate lines.
Regarding the latter method, greeted with a recorded message offering two prompts; the first extension-to customer service-had a full mailbox and was unable to accept messages.
Now, one week later, and after filing a fraud claim with my bank, I have still not received any response from this company.
