I have had the worst experience with Plush Media /www.Plushmedia.net . I purchased their services for them to build me a fully functional e-commerce site and logo. I paid them $1125 in full through Paypal, which as also allowed me to be scammed. I have also filed an ic3.gov complaint, which is the FBI Internet crime division. On my confirmation sheet, they list the employees as Amber Allen, Michelle Stewart and Nicole Ortiz. They also provide a phone number, but will only reply through text message and a FALSE Atlanta, Georgia address. My attorney sent them a letter through certified mail, which BOUNCED BACK. Plush Media is not even a registered business in ANY state. My attorney searched every state Secretary of State website and searched for their registered agent and got nothing. They owner’s real name is DOMINIQUE PRICE and she lives in San Diego, California.
The turn around time to complete my project was suppose to be 8 weeks. From the beginning I had communication issues, which I constantly tried to resolve, but they just ignored my emails. They claim they tried to respond to my emails but I emailed from NUMEROUS email addresses and different computers and didn’t receive a response from a single email. Three days before my project was due to me they cancelled my project because my attorney contacted them inquiring about when my website would be delivered and they responded to her within 30 minutes because I had received nothing other than 3 examples of potential logos. I had never even seen a mockup of my website. Since I had received absolutely nothing that my confirmation sheet stated,I asked for a full refund. They told me they would refund for the website but not for the logo which I NEVER received a completed version of. I called and emailed NUMEROUS TIMES to get no response. After further looking into their business I found out that they do this to customers often. If you hashtag #plushmedia on instagram you will see they have scammed others. After 3 months of constant emailing I finally received a logo, which will not even be used because I had to go to another business to complete the project. They claimed they would refund me the difference for my website, and I have still received NOTHING! Plush Media/Dominique Price are truly SCAM ARTIST. This “business” is completely inconsiderate and have horrible customer service. Now I am out of $1125 and have to pay a completely different company. This company is FRAUDULANT. BEWARE! If you choose to do buisness with them make sure to use your CREDIT CARD and not paypal.
