CONNED BIG TIME BY PLUSOPTION Stay away from this company I lost $56,000 of my hard earned money to these crooks that I will never see again. The broker puts pressure on you to trade with large amounts of money and of course makes sure it goes in his pocket.
All of my money was lost in one night after trading for about 7 days as soon as I said I needed to make a withdrawal. I was left with $133.00. I feel very angry at myself for falling for this SCAM. DO NOT BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM believe me it is not worth all the sleepless nights and feeling depressed and helpless.
Did a bit of trading with them in late 2015 after they contacted me by phone with promised to recover funds lost with other brokers. They did not and contacted me again in May 2016 with statement saying the only way to recover funds lost was to allow them to take $30000 US from my bank account. They promised to assign me an experienced broker that would definitely make profit and "I would b a happy man". They traded the $30000 and made approx. $13000 profit. I asked at that point that the $30000 Deposit be returned and just use trade $13000 to trade, They refused to do that and traded the whole $43000 and lost it. Then they replaced it with a Protection Plan that I found out later that it was a bonus that carried a 30 times trading requirement. That meant I woukld have to trade over 1.2 milion dollars before any funds could be released. There was no way a private individual could do that. I had previously asked that NO Bonuses be put into my account.
They in turn supposedly put almost $500000 into the asccount but lost it all. On the Skype, thery promised to pay the $30000 back at $5000 per week until funds werre paid back. They paid back the first $5000 and then stopped.
I then made 2 chargebacks through my bank and they issued lies to my bank to deceive my bank into them not paying. One was they tokld my bank I was responsible for the trading and therefore responsible for the loses. That was definitely not true because they did all the trading, how, when and where to trade. In fact, they told me not to do any trading. So therefore, they are responsible for any loses.
After this the case went to my bank Arbritation Committee and because of the lies that were issued in the chargebacks, the committee ruled in favour of Plus Option. Now they have ceased their operations in Canada and I an scammed out of my $25000 US retirement money.
This has been reported to the Canadian Securities Commission, but they cannot help because Plus Option is not controlled or Licenced in Canada. Plus Option told me they were.
I have phoned them twice and emailed them many, many times. They either don't respond or tell me to go back to my bank, which my bank has already done all they can but made the ruling the wrong way. My bank will not reconsider even when presented with new information.
Not sure what can be done now to recover the funds but told Plus Option I am going to go Public to report ontheir company, in order to warn others not to trade with them, they are a true scam company at best.
They have destroyed my life, my retirement, barely able to pay the bills, and apart ftrom the Lord, suicide would be the best answer. After working all these years to earn the moiney and to think they can just throw it away, and destroy people, is just too much.
