I took my ATV in for service. Its been there 4 werks and hasnt been touched. I called several times , got put on hold, then they hung up. When i went to talk to the dealership general manager, he was the rudest, most unprofessional i have ever talked to. I have bought 2 new machines from them and get treated like crap. The salesman,James, didnt even know my name. These people only care about the money they make, not the customer. After the sale, you become nothing to them.
When the service writer did finally call, they tried to tell me i needed new front axle. This atv is 18 months old, with only 1200 miles on. The axle was good, they tried to rip me off for $400. These people in service are con artist and do poor work. When i dropped my quad off, a customer was picking 3 srrviced atvs up. One wouldnt run. Tech said he had to pay for a carb clean, customer replied thats what you billed me for, wtf!?!
I have never been to a more aragonite, rude, unproffesional place of business in my life. I would never go there again, my advice is avoid this dealership at all cost, alls they care about is screwing you over.
Horrible experience! DON'T GO THERE! Bought a new ATV was told by the sales rep that the ATV I wanted had had the light for the EFI flash but the problem had been fixed. OK. So we bought the ATV. After about 50 miles the ATV started running like crap and the EFI light started flashing. First thing the next Monday I take back to Plaza and was told 2 to 5 weeks NO EXCEPTIONS! But they claimed that they should be able to scan the ATV with in the next 2 weeks and give me an idea what was going on........NOPE! 2 weeks went by and I call them...Surprise I was informed that the manufacture of the ATV has not gave them the code reader needed to fix my ATV and had no idea when they would get one. Plaza cycle sat with my ATV in there yard for 2 weeks knowing they did not have the scanner/code reader to check the EFI system! My ATV is no longer sitting in storage! The way they treat you?... I was scum to them..... In my opinion this place needs a management overhaul.
Update! Took my ATV to Layton Cycle and had it repaired in an hour. Unplugged censer. Plaza cycle you need to stick with what you do best....OIL CHANGES! if you can manage to get that right.
