This gamer names rumble4skyn severely provoked me this morning, sun oct 30th 2022, calling me out of my name, using vulgar names like gae Gay) which is totally disrespectful and out of line. I then blocked him this morning. Then at 2pm i get a email stating that my psn account was suspended. Sony let rumble4skyn call me gae Gay) out of my name severely provoke me and sony turns around and accept his fraud complaint against me.

Sony is sickning, sony will let anyone file a fraud complaint against you without even doing a severe investigation at all.

Gamers beware, i'm to the point now to where this is my last and final playstation console Ps5). Sony does not care about us gamers. Sony will let any gamer make a fraud complaint against you and hurry up and suspend your psn account.

Us gamers pay millions of dollars for sony's consoles and their network features, and then sony kick up down and allow fraud gamer complaints.

When it comes to a gamer provoking a gamer and messaging that gamer vulgar words, that gamer fraud complaint should back fire and that gamer gets psn account suspension for making a false gamer complaint.

In 2019 I bought a PS4 1TB. In November due to a technical issue, I sent the console to repair through the Playstation Support website. I received the box and sent the equipment. They sent it back but I have never received it. I tried to complain with Fedex who says that is the "shipper" who needs to start the complaint. I have been trying to contact Playstation and explain however their phone is never available to receive calls.

I just want what its mine back.

They banned my account suddenly today. I contacted CS and they wouldn't provide the specific reason for the ban. I asked for a supervisor and he couldn't provide it. All I asked for was specifics on what was said or done to earn the permanent ban and they wouldn't provide it. They just provided a generic reason of "You violated TOS for hate speech/racism in chat". My son could have said something that earned this, but why can't they provide the evidence or tell me exactly what was said?!

I've invetest probably over $1,000 in games, subscription, in game content, etc...and all of it gone now, with no possible way to recover any of it and they won't even show me why. This reeks of fraud to me. If they don't have to provide the reason or evidence, or even an appeal process...who's to say they aren't just doing this to force users to repurchase items, games and content to raise sales?

It's absolutely absurd and dishonest to erase and eliminate someone's account, all the money they spent and refuse to provide the evidence that you violated TOS. I refuse to use PS anymore. I'm going to sell my PS4 to recover what money I can and report them everywhere I can to inform people of what they are doing. This is dishonest business practice.

Playstation Network has a software issue where having the auto-renewal setting set to NO does not actually stop them from auto-renewing your subscription. Their support personnel acknowledged the problem, but will not submit a ticket to fix the problem. They suggested it was a one time thing but this is not the first time this has happened. Stealing is part of their business model via auto-renewal of subscription. The subscription does not actually get cancelled until you contact them. Many people don't go to the trouble to contact them so they continue to have $10 taken out each month then PlayStation Network just blames them for not contacting them to cancel when the end user finally realizes that they've been taking his/her money.

This company is stealing millions of Americans hard earned money. Boycott, these scratch offs are very hard to read and the numbers easily get scratched off and if you do, no refunds and the company’s website doesn’t load at times and PlayStation denies involvement. Attorney general and local new stations should investigate these cards and 7-11 should stop selling until PlayStation finds another vendor this happens to kids everyday and the company pockets the breakage, and issues no support or refunds.

I disputed a claim I noticed on my credit card in November 2017 for $64.41made to PlayStation. My son Kyle used a PS4 and had a PlayStation account. My son died by suicide in 2015. I was unaware of this automatic membership renewal. I contacted Sony, thinking that someone was using his account. PlayStation said that it had been too long since the charge was made and they could not refund any of the membership charge even though nobody will be using it or has used the membership for 2 years. It took my so long to contact them because it took 2 months for the bank to deny our disputed claim. I informed PlayStation that they have collected 3 renewal memberships for an account for someone who died. They informed me that there was nothing they could do except cancel the membership renewal from here on forward. I am completely disappointed in this company and the lack of decency they showed me. Shame on Sony.

I ordered the fight on 9/16/2017 a boxing fight canelo and golovkin @ 6:26 pm from only sonyplaystation.com for some reason playstation has third party departments I tried calling representative to state my claim for a refund. Spoke to many reps for sony. Kept getting pushed around on the phone lines due to wrong departments. I finally had my mom contact them per my mom's notes spoke to Brittney @ 3:30 pm she stated that she is not the billing dept after christopher transfered her to the billing dept. So once again brittney transferred my mom to another dept. Now my mom asked to please speak to a rep within the state of USA not some foreing idiot. Brittney transferred my mom to Playstation Network billing dept she was not even sure if it was that dept. Henry was the name of the rep and she stated all fraud of collection monies for the fight he put my mom on hold for a brief moment and Henry states that the Internet was the issue when in fact I purchased the fight through another website cause sonyplaystation network kept buffering.

Once I tried multiple times to figure out the issue was not getting ahold of sonyplaystation chat cause of scheduled hours of business. Got fed up and wanted to watch the fight so tried another website and was charged another 79.99 low and behold no internet issues got to watch the fight on the website flipps ppvs was happy with this website but saw that I had to be paying another amount due to sonyplaystations faulty fraudulent site. I will never use this site again beware to all consumers be aware that sonyplaystation has multiple third parties when trying to contact via telephone and my mom states that they are committing fraud. Keep your monies do not trust lies from companies that do not refund when consumers like us pay good monies for a product that just buffers and or does not download.

I want sonyplaystation to be investigated cause their is lots of monies sitting on their books. We the people deserve our refunds. Sonyplaystation needs a class action suit asap love nene mom. Buy at your own risk till sonyplaystation learns how to treat all customers. Rep depts quit before u get thrown in the slammer not worth my time. Poor customers service reps state they are not committing fraud all people work but once the truth is founded out all sit back and listen and watch. I will not be surprised if I see the news on the fraud sonyplaystation commits.

Well i was going to order a 14 day trial through playstation and come to find out i cant cause supposedly someone had already ordered it on my system.

One: i didn't have any knowledge of the purchase.

Two: it didn't show up on my purchase history

that same day it supposedly was on my system i was going to order a game. I didn't get prompted that there was playstation plus whatsoever so that game i wanted i could have gotten for free. Also there were several other purchases that i had no knowledge of. My kids didn't have access to the system at those times because the game system was in my bedroom only i was able to access it.

So that's go back today. my destiny beta needed playstation plus to access some of the stuff in the game. When i was on the phone the employee anthony was condesending and was arguing the fact that there was a serial number on the bottom of my playstation. As i tried to explain to him that it was a slim and had limited information on it he told me to check the battery part but there wasn't any information on it but the mod number. i turned my game system four different ways and there was nothing there. Then he kept interrupting me which prompted me to ask for supervisor. which took them about 15 minutes to transfer.

The supervisor was nice but being me i was being sort of a A@#hole cause at that point i was already mad. They looked at my system record and said the same thing several purchases which i had no knowledge of or was informed of them. They said there was no way to erase the trial that was supposedly purchased. and i couldnt get the trial. They even tried to blame it on my five year and i can say he hasnt touch that system since the whole minecraft incident. So be wary everyone if you are going to go with playstation keep a close eye on your account and a close eye on that card me on the other hand i have been a playstation customer since i was 5 and have lost faith in their system, security, and probably going to stick with xbox from now on. at least they are reasonable and actually understand people. Pretty sad i wasted a good hour on the phone and all they said there was nothing they could do instead of dragging me around and try to tell me or figure out who purchase what or accuse a five year old all because he mad a mistake a while ago

I contact Sony Playstation asking for a refund on a pre-order, yes a pre-order that the game yet to be release any time soon.

Sony Playstation won't honor my refund cause it states in their policy. The sad part I was charge in full amount for a pre-order, I was not charge for small amount for a pre-order it was the full $100 for a game.

I want to cancel Destiny 2 and want my refund.

I don't understant how Sony Playstation will rip-off customers and not honor thier request for a refund. It had not been where I played or download the game cause its a pre-order.

Complainting to BBB.org and they still won't honor my refund.

This is the first time I ever request for a refund. Sony Playstation need to change their policy.

Sony Playstation need to honor the refund cause more customers won't pre-order anything.

Please beware Sony Playstation Network business practices. My 11 year old son wanted to use Sony Playstation 4 online. In order to pay, they ask that a credit card be linked to the account. The yearly charge is $50.00. This was fine for a year until he started to play Grand Theft Auto (not my choice of game). The players have the ability to purchase Star Cards. These cards supposedly give the user "super powers" during play.

In November 2016, I started to see charges on my credit card invoice from Sony Playstation for amounts ranging from $19.99 to 59.99. As I did not authorize these charges, I disputed them with the card issuer. Within a month, Sony responded to the card issuer with a time, date, and amount. During the next two billing cycles, I received more similar charges that totaled $1800.00.

I called and spoke to a customer service person who seemed concerned and said that they would perform an "investigation" and get back to me within 5 to 7 days with a refund. This did not happen.

Playstation network Network has now blocked his account. So now my son can not use the "products" that were inadvertently purchased.

The are legal questions that exist. How can Sony Corp. enter into a contract with a minor? How unwanted products can be returned?

It has already been shown that Sony has difficulty protecting its network security.
