Jan 8,2010 we signed a Mastercard slip in the amount of 3000.00 dollars at a resort presentation made out to GCR GOLD CROWN RESORTS this was without our knowledge changed to Playa Grande Resort as per our Mastercard statement. Be very leary with any dealings with this company. Don't really know how to proceed with this as so much time has past and Gold Crown Resorts told us that we had a membership with them so we didn't question it until now Gold Crown Resorts is now saying we never had a membership with them even tho we had a members account number.
