Total rip off. Make sure you are not one minute late in canceling other wise you pay for everything. There is no address listed for this company. Beware free IS NOT free!!
This company acts like they will send you free bottles of their health supplements for "free" and all you have to do is pay $4.95 for shipping. What they do not tell you anywhere is the following: 1. It's not free. It's a "trial". In 14 days if you don't cancel your "trial" they will charge you $85 each month moving forward. 2. They say it's a "trial" you're getting but they send you a full bottle and say "well you got the whole product since you didn't say you didn't like it" 3. No where does it say it will charge you more than shipping, it is extremely misleading. 4. Their customer service representatives are unprofessional and unhelpful. It's a scam and their intention is to rip you off when you think you're simply trying a sample product. You're not. If you don't want to pay $85 for their supplements- do not order anything from this company!!
Nowhere during the offer did I see anything would be due after paying for shipping for this "FREE SAMPLE". So I thought it was okay. I got the "free sample" about 4 days later. Packing slip extremely small print with no costs and details other than the product listed. There was no invoice number.
Ten days after receiving this, a charge upwards of eighty dollars showed up on my card. Upon calling, the phone answerer siad it was "clearly explained" that the 14 days began from the order date and that it also clearly stated that full payment for a 30 day supply was due after the "free trial" This was never explained anywhere online.
She said that if I were to call my credit card company or the attorney general, that they would point out this was clearly explained and I would pay anyway! She said there would be a "cancellation charge" of 35% of the billed fee to stop the payment, but that would stop the other charge. What a crock! Pay almost 90 bucks or pay thirty! For a "free trial"! She again warned that calling authorities would do not good because they would tell the authorities all terms had been thoroughly explained!
So, I got the extention for this particular sample off the "Dr Oz." page. Nowhere during the offer did I see anything would be due after paying for shipping for this "FREE SAMPLE". So I thought it was okay. I got the "free sample" about 2 days after I paid for it. I thought it was wierd that there was no invoice number or return address for the sample, so I didn't open it. I called to return the bottle , because I found a simular product at GNC. They told me they would cancel my account, but they didn't tell me to return the bottle. 2 Weeks later, I was charged $85.00 and when I called, they had no record of my calling. I have disputed this charge with my bank, but it is still a hassle. Just because it was endorsed by Dr. Oz.... don't get scammed
