I paid This Company 204.00 by Pay-Pal on the 28th of January Have got nothing. When you try to call them A recording come on referring to they email some picture of a cartoon look girl come on thanking you for contacting her but never a answer. I did get a email telling me it will be next week, thats been a while back nothing since.
I purchased 3 boxes and a mini keyboard from Platinum TV Box. it took several weeks to receive the merchandise. When I received the box , I gave one to my son to use on his tv, his tried for about a week or two to get it to work and couldn't get it to play. He gave it back to me and I just put it back in the box it was shipped to me in. I went to post office and returned the box with everything in the box the way it was shippeed to me. I mailed it back to the address on the box and pay for the return myself. I mailed the box back on Jan. 16, 2018. The box was delieverd to the address on jan. 18,2018 at 11:47am to the front desk/receptionist. I have tried for three weeks to contact Platinum TV Box to find out when I would receive my refund on by card. The number I call answers stating thank you for calling and gives there office hours and then gives you the web site to go to . neither location gets you anywhere. You cann't speak to anyone nor get to anyone on the site. You just keep going around and around getting nowhere. I just want to talk to someone to find out about my refund or if they're not going to give it back to me then mail the murchandise back to me given if it doen't work.
I also to bought these TV Boxes on 11/13/17 sent back on 12/7/2017 they received back on 12/11/2017 they told me I would receive full refund 5-10 business days and still have not received has been 2-1/2 months had to get credit card company involved they have a 30 day money back guarantee that they do not follow or stand by very frustrating.

I put in a ticket for instructions for a complete refund. After sending 2 tickets for the refund they finally sent me instructions to send everything back to the California address and stated I would receive a refund 3 to 5 business days after they verified everything was received. I sent it on December 15, 2017 priority mail and have photos of everything in the box.They received it on December 18, 2017. I still have not received my refund. I put in another ticket yesterday January 9, 2018 with no answers from the company or Tina Lee (that the website states is handling my ticket).
Placed order on approx. Nov 5th. Received boxes couple days later. Did not work well, bad picture/reception. Returned them on 11/27 via usps. Tracked and they were received in Los Angeles on Nov 29,
They acknowledged receiving them. When no refund coming kept e-mailing.At first they answered back and said it would be refunded in 24 hours and since then will not respond. Went on the original web site and did a "chat". As soon as they saw it was about refunding money cut me off.
The boxes were returned in original boxes and all items were there
On my credit card statement when they applied the charge found the name of LIJO ENTERTAINMENT LLC with phone #626-671-7552. All I get is a recording, left message and they texted me back to contact them on live chat at platinum/boc.com. This is the e-mail I had been sending to and they don't reply.
It is now January 10th and I should of had my money 5 weeks ago.
On November 9, 2017, they charged our account. Because of not receiving the boxes we cancelled our order. Since this time they said we would get our money back in 3 to 5 business days. We have still not received it.
They charged my credit card 3 different times on the same day. I tried to track them down but the addresses seem bogus and the phone goes to a recording.
Bought 2 boxes from Platinum TV in December. Returned by UPS so I had proof of delivery. Delivered 1/5/18. It is now March & being ignored & no refund.
This is a case of bank fraud! These people promised to refund money for returned product but fail to do so! Not only that the claims they make about the platinum tv box, is ridiculous bald face lie! They have techs to help get it working but what they are really doing is trying to get you busy missing the return date! Then there's no refund! It takes 3 to 4 days to get back to you on any complaints! Duh!!! I didn't wait I immediately sent it back after the second time trying to get help! Ten days past! A bonfide company immediately contacts its customers. Yes some unscrupulous conpanies!

I bought a platinum TV box and it was advertised as a way to cut your cable bill. When I got it the program was terrible. I bought it for live tv and most channels did not work. Only thing good about it was Terrarium TV for movies and TV shows. They advertised FREESTREAM TV and it had SNAPPY STREAMS which is in public domaim. I asked for my money and was asked too many questions. I had no choice but to keep it seeing all the reports on no one getting refunds. I asked about Freestream TV, on youtube channel Platinum TV now gone, and why my box did not have it and the comments were disabled after I did. I went to their site and the chat was disabled after I asked questions now the box is unable to get anything. The seem to working from 941 S Vermont Ave Suite 101 #218 LA Calif 90006 where it is OLYMPIC COMPUTER. A class action suit needs to be taken out against these rip off artists. The address I gave I still have the email from them. Terrible people and thieves.
Well I wish I would have done more research on them. But I didn't. bought 5 boxes to one address and 1 box for my son in another state with the same tracking #. Didn't even notice it until today that me being stupid was waiting for them, then finagling realize they had the same tracking #. How can that be. We buy them they ship them to Menomonie, WI. 54751. NO matter what address just to keep you busy they give you a tracking # to shut you up for awhile. There not stupid. They need to be stop. Keep writing to BBB and file a complaint. They will get caught. Nothing last forever. But yes were out of money. My bank will refund my money back it's a Credit Union. But please anybody out there DON'T DONT ORDER NOT EVEN ONE. THE AS FAKE AS FAKE GETS!!!
I ordered a Platinum TV Box on 3/17/18. Oderer was suppose to have shipped on 4/28/18. I have not recieved the box and I have sent several e-mails with no reponse. I got ripped off for $67 and I,m not happy about it. I am filing complaint with BBB and whoever else I can
E mailed them in March eft. 144.00 waited 3 days for tracking number never got one they said USPS picked it up 2 boxes were on there way got nothing at all no refund no boxes
I paid for an Android Platinum box. When it arrived it did not work as advertised! I was told that I could not exchange it for another one. Instead, I had to return it for a refund. I shipped it back, around two months ago. And still have not received my promised refund.

the boxes don't work, no one answers the phones, emails are ignored. just cut your losses and move on. its not worth the aggravation!! I ordered 4 boxes three of which don't work and the 4th didn't show up. Ive spent too much time chewing on this...I'm done.

I purchased the Titanium TV box from Viking Wave which was suppose to be $49.00. Then I was sent the box from Titanium TV Box from LA, Cal. and was charged $77.00. It did not work for me, so I sent it back under the full refund, no questions asked within two weeks. I have been e mailing back and forth for 3 months, and get nothing but the run around. They give you a phone number, but no one ever answers. Now, since I told them I am going to the BBB, they do not respond to me any longer. I looked them up on the BBB of California, and found they already have 27 reports against them, and have never heard anything back from them. So now I know I was scammed!!

I sent it on March 23, 2018 priority mail. I took photos of everything in the box since they made a point to tell me that everythinmg must be inside. They received it on March 26, 2018, at 1:58 pm. 15 days after the ticket was responded to from Tina Lee, and 12 days after the package was received by them, I still have not received my refund. I have been sending e-mails asking for the refund, with no answers from the company or Tina Lee.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered a Kodi TV box from Grand TV Box on Feb. 1, 2018. I never received box and asked for a refund. I never received my refund--they sent me a lot of pics showing a refund, however, my credit card statement shows no refund. Several months of lies from them. This is a scam.

On 2/22/2018 they took $126.00 from my debit card and said they would be shipped within 2 days, which never happened then they told me that there was an error in shipping and they were sorry for the delay and would send me a keyboard along with the boxes for free bacause of thier error.
Then they told me that due to heavy demand they were waiting for a new shipment to come in and would ship them by the following week. this never happened and now they won't answer my calls or text mesasages. I am so frustrated I am 81 yrs old and my only income is ssdi and i do not have over $129.00 to throw away, PLEASE HELP TY
