Originally ordered CLA Safflower Oil. Took as directed. No results whatsoever unfortunarely. This week a bottle of Smart Cleanse Dietary Supplement showed up unsolicited. No paperwork / shipping info or return info. over 69 dollars. I'm working on getting them to quit sending and charging me for products. This company is a committing fraud.

I ordered online Safflower Oil capsules from a show that Dr. Oz recommend. First they charged me $30.00 more than what the webpage showed, then about 3 weeks later, they sent me Smart cleanse pills with out me ordering them at all and then fraudulently charge my bank account for them. I also filed fraud with the band.

I ordered one bottle to try this product. I got 5 bottles in the mail, I called them and asked them why I recieved 5 bottles. They told me I ordered 5 bottles, I told them I only ordered one. I asked them how much they charged me was told over $200.00. I was told they will send me a percentage of the cost back and no more bottles will be sent.i am worried they will keep charging me.

I saw the CLA Safflower Oil product on Facebook saying that Blake Shelton had lost weight using this product. I ordered 2 bottles and made certain that I did not agree to auto ship and that this was a one time order only.

I took the pills as directed and saw absolutely no results.

About 60 days after receiving these I got an email saying they were shipping me a Smart Cleanse product that I had not even seen before. I immediately replied to the email saying I did not order this or any auto ship product and that they should not ship it nor charge my credit card.

They shipped the 1 bottle of Smart Cleanse anyway and changed my card $69+/-. I was very upset and called the number on my credit card bill. They said I never responded to the email letting me know they were shipping the product, which I did.

They said I could send it back with no refund for S&H and a $5 restocking fee. I was pleased so he said he could try to find me a better solution.

He then said they would credit my card $45.40 and I could keep the bottle because they knew I would love it and order more. I said I would not order more even if I did like it because I don't appreciate being scammed.

I questioned if any other products were on an auto-ship and he said not now as I have cancelled your membership. So it cost me $24 to be rid of these people. He promised me nothing else would ever ship to me or be billed to my account and the credit should appear in 3-5 days. We will see.

I am so sick of these scams but it's my own fault I guess for believing that their advertisements were truthful.

I ordered the CLA Safflower Oil pills buy 2 get 1 free for $69.85. Three days later they were delivered. Last week they sent me an email telling me I ordered the Smart Cleanse also for $69.85 and that it had already shipped. Seemings how the price is the same, I thought it was included, just not shipped. Today the pills were delivered, and just like the first set of pills there is no invoice confirming what I ordered nor the price I paid. I quickly reviewed my credit card history to find out they charged me $69.85 for the Smart Cleanse last week and the first set of pills they charged $129.00.

Through internet advertising, I purchased a product call Skinprov. The professional marketing campaign certifies this product will remove skintags, moles and related skin imperfections.

After following the simple instructions carefully for nearly two months, it is clear the product does not, in any way, meet the advertising claims. None of my several skintags showed any improvement; some, in fact, seemed to actually get worse. The product seems entirely worseless.

The advertising proclaimed a 60 day money-back guarantee. When I called the service number to return the product, they claimed there was only a 30 day return policy and refused a full refund. After heated words, they agreed that I would keep the remaining product and they would issue a 50% refund. I am waiting on that refund to post and have no reason to believe it will not.
