I began doing business with Platinum Credit Solutions (Michele Sherman) as of December 2015. December 2015 through out approximately middle year of 2016 (I have receipts), owner Michele Sherman was paid upfront in full fees totaling amounts of $20,000 plus, for credit repair for multiple clients: Quinshanta D., Christine T., Kristy J., Quinten M., Kendrick P., Deshaun H., Pamela D., Antonio C., William H., Emani L.
As to date Michele Sherman has not performed the work as promised nor has she refunded fees paid for work not completed. From what I know now, it is illegal to collect payments upfront for credit repair.
I have made numerous attempts to make contact with Platinum Credit Solutions since January 2017 to current date for complete refund. Michele Sherman or no one from her company has made one effort to reach out to resolve this matter, all clients have suffered serverly due to Michele Sherman and Platinum Credit Solution's action. Michele Sherman uses excuse of stress and dealing with mother having dementia and other run a round issues hendering her job performances.This company is not to be trusted!
