Horrible customer service. My wife and I were wanting to cancel our membership in September because we knew we couldn't attend much in October. So on September 22nd we canceled. We asked twice to make sure everything was done and the associate said it was. We got another charge in October. When we asked what happened the associate conveniently didn't process the cancellation, and when we cancelled on the 4th of October of course corporate won't honor it. This place is running a huge scam to avoid cancellations. They will always get more money out of their customers. Since then I've tried calling corporate 4 times without a return phone call. Update: When I talked to corporate finally they said the district manager was the only one who could over ride the refund denial. Then as I explained the situation to the district manager, he said he would not give a refund under any circumstances. Even when I said all we could do is take the associates word it was done, asked twice if it was done, the district manager still said no. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
