I feel as if whenever these guys steal the deposits of other individuals (including myself) they shut down operations and create another company. Please check with the state's dept of commerce. The following names of the father and son fraudsters: Naresh K. Kirpalani And Chiraag Kirpalani (this individual goes by a host of aliases including Charles, Klein etc). Buyer beware! They claim to be operating since the 60's however their new scam venture (Constitution State Scrap LLC) is about 10 months old or so.
Bottom line Constitution State Scrap LLC = Planet Metals LLC.
