I have made so many calls as it has been a month since my withdrawal was approved, and they continue stating "you should hear from us in 7 banking days" This has now occurred 3 times. Customer service is rude. They are truly a Fraudulent business and should be ashamed of their business practices.

They get back to me saying I need all this stuff like copy of an id, copy of card used, a utility bill, and an authorization from before they can send my money. I thought, "Wow, they sure are making this difficult to get my money that I won..o well, I'll send them what they are asking for." Then, I get another email from them after getting ready to send all of my info saying my withdrawal is void because I didn't play the allowed games for the players card. ??What the hell? Nowhere did I see that blackjack wasn't allowed for the players card and why would they let me play thinking I won?
