We have complained to this company about not being able to use it and the hidden costs and they do nothing.
They have you trapped in a contract and so they do not care that they lied and manipulated us.
Originally signed up for the timeshare in 2016 while vacationing in south carolina. I tried saying no multiple times but your sales rep robin richardson did not take no for an answer and finally wore me down after 2 hours of pressure-filled sales tactics.
Since signing the contract i have tried multiple times to book a vacation to my home resort, that would accommodate 12 family members, but nothing has become available. This has happened over multiple years. I have tried to contact my home resort and they said it would cost me 2800 for the week, so why did i purchase the timeshare when it would cost me extra, that doesn't make sense. I have encountered this problem multiple times over the years, to where i would try to book a vacation and nothing be available. Or i had we ended up paying 2800 additional to use it. That was not what i would have agreed to. The cost of this is much heavier than your employees admitted when we purchased and it is to difficult to use with a family of 12, which they knew we had. So they hid the true cost from us.
On one occasion we went online to see if we could stay cheaper and we could $508 for our family of 12. Not using you our timeshare. Now, when we got there they found us and tried to charge us the $2800 and we had to show that we got the rate online and fight and get a manager and everything to get the $508 we paid for online. How fair is that that as owners we pay more than double what someone off the street can. This is a ripoff.
This has become an ongoing problem that i no longer wish to deal with. I have tried over and over again to book vacations for my family to no avail. I want this contract with your company terminated from my ownership promptly. The terms that i agreed to upon signing the contract have not been upheld by your company nor your staff.
