This is an unethical management company. Do not give this organization any credit terms, they do not pay their bills. We were hired to upgrade a large video surveillance system for one of their properties. After completed, they told us we had to file with their "Compliance Department" which is an online service that requires the supplier to pay $100 just to register. Keep in mind they are requiring the supplier to pay $100 so they can get paid. We did so, then they came back with multiple requirements on insurance certificates before they will pay the bill. Keep in mind this was after the work was performed and after we had invoiced them.
I received a Rules report and had to sign it because not doing so would result in jeopardizing my rental agreement - in short, I guess that means eviction. I signed. I have reported a resident who has been feeding stray cats outside for as long as I've lived here (3 years). It took almost 5 months before any thing was said to them. I called again when 2 residents on my street put trash out many days before the scheduled pick up, which resulted in cats tearing bags open. I was told NOT to call them anymore. I told them it was a problem with me that this place looked like trailer-trash lived here and I was just letting them know that people were not compling with the rules. The grass in NEVER trimmed when missed, the shrubs need trimmed (it was July 18 already), there are blankets and sheets at windows instead of curtains, as well as tons of cigarette butts in front of some apts.
I know that the services provided are relatives mostly and the cheapest. It just matters that they do the basics. One of the lawn workers told me that he once helped his son with an indoor problem (yes, he was lawn maintenance) but the inside was bug-infested he would not go in one again.
What gives? PK Management only wants profit. They do not care that their properties look trashy and do nothing to make them look nicer. No pride in their properties, no pride in doing their jobs, and certainly no pride in the publics opinion of them.
I had to sign the Rules or else, but there are no repercussions if the rules are not followed. Why sign?
I have been on a waiting list for 31/2 years pk managent bought siena village from Catholic charities, I asked if my number was close because I am a senior woman 68 years no family and could not longer afford to live in NY I pleaded to speak with a manager the administrative assistant. said she didn't know. so I started driving to florida seeking cheaper housing when I got to South C. I received a call from the admi.. We have an apt for u. I turned around came back to NY. when I got back they said they couldn't see me for a week so I stayed in hotels. I called the fold owing wK. they said the mgr is out . call back tomorrow, I did, she said call back ato 2pm she said call back in 2 days I borrowed money for hotels in called back she said you were denied, I asked why she said you had a savings acct in 2010. I went to my bank the mgr wrote her a letter stating I closed a savings acct in 2010 with $11.83 cents I. it. then they had to reopen now 3 days they told me to call each day I did each day I was told to call back at 2 pm I did, then told to call the following day I did the Tammy Angel the manager got on the phone started screaming at me..at the same time PK management Dawn was calling me I put the 2 phones together and Dawn from PK management heard Tammy Angel threathen me screaming telling me not to call there again.
2 wKS later I receive a denial letter stating I was a danger to the staff and be cause I escalated by calling HUDr, I'll never get in I left messages back in write messaged because after leaving one sentence u get cut off I left a message for Tammy Angel that she was retaliating against me and Dawn from PK management helped me and HUD TRIED TO HELP.BUT THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO EXPLAIN. SO I WAS RETALIATED AGAINST FOR STICKING UP FOR PEOPLE THAT TRIED TO HELP ME, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BE CAUSE THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TOLD ME TO CALL BACK LEFT HOME LESS AT 68 TO SLEEP.IN HER CAR..AND PK MANAGEMENT IS STILL GETTING GOOD AWAY with misappropriation of HUD fundsubsidized and leaving seniors homeless.

WHERE IS BEN CARSON. THE NEW SECRETARY OF HUD WHY IS THIS CORRUPTION STILL GOING ON.. MISMANAGEMENT AND MISSAPPROPRIATION OF HUD FUNDING WHILE SENIORS GET BULLIED AND OTHERS LEFT HOMELESS TO SLEEP IN THEIR CAR I WILL GO TO WASHINTON, I HAVE NO HOME I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE SOMEONE HAS TO STOP PK MANAGEMENT FROM ABUSING SENIORS WHILE THEY ACCEPT HUD FUNDING..WHERE ARE THE CORRUPTION HUD EMPLOYEES THAT TURN A BLIND EYE... BEN CARSON. AFFECT CHANGE IN THE CORRUPTION OF HUD WITH THESE LARGE COMPANY THAT TAKE THE MONEY AND TAKE THE.LIVES OF SENIORS IS THIS AMERICA OR IS THIS COMMUNISM.
