PJP is a rip off & not right

PJP will harass you about payment even when your not a full month behind. Please I beg you don't do business & I rate them 0 even though it's required to provide a star.

On February 4, 2016 I purchased a 2004 cadillac escalade esv from PJP Auto. Before purchasing the vehicle I asked the salesman Ron does the vehicle have any mechanical problems. Ron the salesman responded no. Almost thirty day later the transmission was broken. I took the vehicle to Midas Auto Repair witch they immediately told me the vehicle had a history of transmission problems after running the VIN for me. I drove the vehicle back to PJP Auto and requested a new vehicle or money back because I was lied to. PJP Auto told me no! if I can come up with 1,500 dollars then they can have it fixed. I told them I don't have 1,500 dollars, and why should I pay 1,500 dollars when PJP sold me a lemon. So eventually I found the money and paid PJP Auto the money.

So I finally agreed to pay the money because of missed money from work. The vehicle was my only transportation to my employer. I recieved a call by PJP Auto after four days that my vehicle can be picked up with a new transmission. The same day I received the vehicle back, the transmission falls from the bottom of the vehicle on the axle. This happened while I was driving almost killing me. I called PJP Auto again and told them what just happened, and they responds was we will send you a Tow Truck. The Tow Truck never showed up, but the Fire Department, Police Department came to my rescue. PJP started fowarding me to the voicemail. The next following day they sent my truck back, to get my transmission repaired.

Again out of work for four days, after I received the vehicle again 10 days later was on the highway driving transmission failed again almost killing me again. I took the vehicle back for a third time and asked them, can I get a refund of the money for the transmission? and you can keep the vehicle and the money I paid pertaining to the truck coat. PJP Auto told me no and threatened to take my money and my vehicle if I speak to anyone about this situation. Be aware PJP Auto Business is a scam they will take u for everything you have.
