In 2014 we had all new windows installed (12 standard, 2 picture windows, and 2 casings around decorative glass windows). After pricing every window company we with with the middle price range company; Pitcher Perfect. Our contract expressly stated (and another deciding factor on why we chose this company) that if a window was broken, the company would replace the window free of charge. if we threw a rock while mowing, glass replaced. If a vehicle flung a rock while driving by, glass replaced. Kids throwing a ball in the house, yep they would replace it. In 2015 one of our windows got broken. I called Pitcher Perfect for 3 days before I finally got more than an answering machine. Told them what had happened and that I needed my replacement glass as soon as possible. I was informed that it would cost me 80 for the glass and a service charge of 30.00! I told them that my contract stated otherwise. He told me the contract had changed and they were no longer honoring those agreements but one time only he would install the glass for 50.00 total, service fee + a charge for the glass. I agreed since I had no other option. They told me the glass would be in in a week and they would call to schedule a time to install it. 2 weeks went by, so I started calling again. When I finally got a person on the phone again, they told me there had been a mix up with the last shipment and it had been reordered. Another week went by and I started calling again! This time, the guy told me they were closing their doors nationwide and that he had a list of final installs to do and I was on that list. My window was sitting in the warehouse and as soon as he had a time line he would call to set an appointment. Needless to say I never received that call and then no matter how much I called I never got an answer. Fast forward to yesterday (4/22/17) and I was out driving and just happened to notice a sign for Pitcher Perfect siding and windows in a town about 30 minutes away! Needless to say I called the number. I was offered a rebate of 100 just for having someone come out and price windows for me. I tried to explain that I already had their windows and I needed to speak to someone about a replacement I never received. The foreign speaking woman on the other end of the line simply kept interrupting me and telling me if you will just listen. So I did. I listened to her whole spiel and then told her now it's my turn, if you will just listen and tried to explain again why I was calling. She kept cutting me off and each time she became more rude and repeated the same thing she had told me 4 times before. I will be pressing charges against this company and bring a lawsuit against them.
Everything they put on my house has to be taken off and redone.have holes in siding also falling off.soffit falling off.trim has holes letting bats in .is just a joke.
