In May 2020, I took my four month old still under warranty motorcycle to Piqua H-D because I felt the clutch slip. Nowhere posted was there a sign that if no problem was found that the consumer would be charged. After they checked it, they claimed no problem was found and I owed them for their work. I stated that the bike was brand new and still under warranty. They said "if there is a problem the warranty covers it but if not you pay."
Who has ever heard of this? No other dealerships do this.
