I patiently waited 6 months for some kind of result. I was told it would take 30 days. Unreturned calls and emails. When I requested my money to be refunded the owner used horrific language and sent the most unprofessional email.

Andrew Gnuyen initially accepted my calls and was responding fine. The day I gave them the money he stopped replying to me propery. My fault shouldn't have given them the money, shouldn't have trusted them. Lost $300 also no response of whether there is any service or not. Total RIP-OFF. Fraud company. Please stay away from it. Though he will be cheap and competitive like other companies but he doesn't respond to you. Definitely not advisable.

Pinnacle Credit Management took $1100 of my money in two seperate payments to perform credit restoration and repair work. They did a little work, asked for second payment. I paid and they have done nothing after getting my money. Today I was contacted by email from a gentleman named Steve from another credit repair company. Steve informed me he was hired by Pinnacle Credit Management to work on my file by a man named Andre Rose (A.K.A. Andrew Nyguyen) and has not received payment for the work he performed. He asked if I would like to pay to avoid derogatory items from reappearing. This company Pinnacle Credit Management is nothing but a rippoff scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY! They are nothing more than liars and thieves preying on people who go to them for help. Pick any other large reputable company. If you deal with this trash you will be ripped off. The company has been dissolved and they take people's money for services they do not perform. This is stealing.
