Worst mistake of my life. I Hired the worst moving company in the state of Florida in my opinion (Pinkys Moving Service) First the Owner Trent gave me a flat rate of 1875 including taxes Later when I received paper work the price was raised I Asked what happened and he said he didn't understand and then said he made a mistake and didn't tell me my price didn't include taxes (ok not that big of a difference, after going back and forth he ended up lowering it to 1975otd) first issue 2nd issue;: Day of the move, the movers show up and I have a TV that must be moved along with my furniture. Owner freaked out and said he doesn't move Flat screen TV's?!? It's 2015 and there are flat screen TV's in almost every home now. (Sounds now like a setup to try and charge people more money) He quoted me a flat rate and said the only thing that would raise my price is if all my stuff didn't fit on one Truck (Which it all did) Okay so I had to go back and forth with this guy just so he would load my TVs on his truck.. I later found out that he overcharged me 135!!! When I questioned the price he told me this was for the TV's BECUASE HE HAS TO PAY HIS INSURANCE... Ok so issue 3. Best PART HIS GUYS ENDED UP DAMAGING MY TV! When I confronted owner about incident he went off, saying they didn't do anything wrong and that he didn't care his guys broke the TV! This was the worse service I have ever expereinced in my life. The Trent guy was sooooo rude and disrespectful. After going back and forth he finally said he would investigate it and call me back in 24hrs. It has been over a week and of course no call and no response. This guy is a poor businessman who does not care for his customers. I can't imagine how many other people he has done this too. Hopefully this helps people in making their decision NOT to hire this company Save Time and Money and move on to the next company
