Never make the mistake we did of renting this house, 3840 S. Timoteo Lane, Flagstaff AZ 86005, located in Pine Canyon Flagstaff. We rented this house for 4 days over the Christmas Holiday 2015, what was suppose to create a happy holiday memory for my family, but unfortunately it's turned into a complete nightmare! We are having to deal with the leasing agent and the landlord making false claims in order to keep the deposit we made of $1,250. Not to mention that we already paid $275 upfront for cleaning crew. Below is the response I sent to their leasing agent, Kady, which details the false accusations they made in order to try keep the deposit we made.

You're claim that "the housekeeper had to spend a lot of extra time trying to get the house in condition for the next family to enjoy", is completely false statement.We washed and put away all the dishes, we took out all the sheets from the bed and placed in the laundry area for the cleaner, we took out all the trash, we sweep the kitchen floor and the entire area downstairs! We also wrote a check to Cleaning Solutions of Flagstaff $275, which is what your company demanded that we must do in order to be able to rent the house.
It's pretty obvious that the owner of this house is making false accusations in order to keep our deposit. You mention in your previous email that another family came and stayed in the house right after us and that you're now going to be sending "a cleaning company to evaluate and take care of the problem as best they can"! Obviously, if you're sending a cleaning company to evaluate the house now, they're not going to be evaluatingthe house in the condition we left house, they're going to be evaluating the state of the house of the last guest who went into the house after us!
The only dog that came to Flagstaff was my shih tzu and she never peed on any carpet, she's a trained dog! You're trying to use the fact that I asked you if we could bring my sister's dog, a husky, which we didn't bring to Flagstaff, as part of your excuse to try to keep my deposit. You're remark that the "suppose" urine stain is from a "quite a bit larger than the small dog" proofs that.
I will be placing a complaint with BBB, Attorney General Office, and placing reviews on Facebook, Yelp, and different social media. I have several witnesses to the fact that there was no stain in the carpet when we left, the house was left perfectly cleaned with everything put away, the only dog that came into the house was a shih tzu. I'm also requestingthat surveillance footage of the time we were at Pine Canyon be provided to me, which will clearly show that the only dog that came into Pine Canyon was a shih tzu.
It is a shame that the owners of this house is trying to illegally keep part of my deposit and for making what was suppose to be a beautiful end of the year experience HORRIBLE!
