I ordered $500 od pillow inserts from this company. After 3 days of not gettign a shipping confirmation and trackign number, i emailed to cancel the order. They have no cancelled the order and multiple attemtps to contact them have been ignored.
Thsi company is a scam. They will charge your card, refuse to cancel and order and never ship the product. Covid 19 is a bs excuse.
Now I have to fight a crappy credit card company to reverse the chargs.
Just goign to file a FTC and state complaint, let the government put this company out of business.
I ordered once without any problems. The second order was taking forever to get to me and it was not tracking. So I tried to call using all number listed a few times and tried to email a couple of times and filled out the contact online and never heard from them. Finally after a month I received my order. My sham inserts were horrible. The were fat, lumpy, etc. They looked like my pillows I washed and had to throw away, so I tried to contact them again.
Days and days I tried to contact them. Finally I talked to someone. It was the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I told them I was happy with the other pillows, but the inserts were horrible. She said there was nothing they could do. I could mail back but I would have to pay for shipping. I asked could I speak to her supervisor and he was not there, but said he would say the same thing. I told them I was going to report to BBB and never be a customer again and she fine.
