I sent 4 boxes to Pidelo on December 1 from Texas to Florida to arrive in Venezuela at Christmas. I also paid Pideloen $ 100 per shipment based on their promotion. That's almost $ 500 spent on shipping, not including the money spent on perishable foods and a diabetes meter machine. Pideloen made false statements to take money from people who work hard and are trying to vet things to Venezuela for the holidays.
Many children and families were left without food, toys, clothes and medicines because of their lies! Pideloen guaranteed delivery before Christmas, so I sent 4 boxes through UPS and paid UPS $ 385 to ship to Florida based on this information. This is in addition to the amount of the promotion that I paid to Pideloen. So almost $ 500 based on a lie.
I could have sent with another company and paid $ 300 less, but I was informed that the delivery would not arrive until the 2nd week of January. I paid more with Pideloen because they guaranteed delivery at Christmas. More lies to December 26, 2018. I called on December 22, 2018 and a woman who is not a professional answered.
Then he handed the phone to a man who said he was the manager. He assured me that the delivery would be made on December 24th. LIES! Most of the time, they do not respond by phone or social networks. I have to contact them several times. On January 7, Pideloen reported that they were resuming deliveries. LIES! Another lie of Pideloen!
After numerous attempts contacted regarding the shipment, I was informed that the delivery would be made on January 15. Pideloen Miami chose to take money from hardworking people by guaranteeing a delivery they knew they could not do. They promised a delivery date, they changed it several times and now they blame the Customs. How are you ethical when you can not keep your word? As of January 21, 2019, the delivery has not yet been made! Click on the hashtag #PideloenMiami on Instagram to follow the story.
