They advertised a FREE TRial, but then charged me $127.20 for a year subscription.

I called them the next day to cancel and they said they would issue a refund, but to date, no credit/refund has been forthcoming.

All I want is a refund of the $127.20 they scammed out of me when they advertised a "FREE TRIAL" but then charged my credit card.

Picmonkey charged my credit card TWICE so far without my authorization and never even notified me they were going to charge it! They apparently started charging me January 21st, 2018 and then again they charged me on January 21, 2019. I never even had notice of any sort! I never agreed to a to an upgrade on my free account nor was I even notified my account had been upgraded! I rarely ever used the free account so why would I have wanted to pay to 'upgrade'?!

I would have never known if I hadn't logged in to check my credit card as I periodically do. I contacted the customer service and so far have had no response. USERS BEWARE!!

I want a full refund for both unauthorized charges totaling $143.76 as well as my credit card removed off the site completely.

This company does not operate like most that have free trials. Normally when you have a 7 day free trial, you have 7 days from the time that you signed up to cancel. Not with PicMonkey.

This company charges you before the actual business day even starts. My account was charged at 5:52 am. I signed up for the free trial in the afternoon of the 14th.

The number they have for contact is just a voice message saying they don't offer telephone support.

Of course when you email them they send a message saying someone will contact you within the next 24 hours. Picmonkey are complete rip-off artist. My advise to anyone thinking about using this company......DON'T!!

I have used Picmonkey for years, I had automatic monthly payments of $7.99.

I tried to log onto my account and it said it was time to renew. I went to my checking account and found where the withdrawl was never interrupted . I paid for 3 months and still was being told it was time to renew.

They only refunded me one month. They stole money from me and will not resolve this issue. Although it is only just under $16 it is the principle of the situation.

If they do this to others they are making money hand over fist by stealing from people. I have all the statements and a screenshot of my paypal when the money was withdrawn as well as a screen shot of my picmonkey account stating my membership expired in FEB 2018. Funny how they withdrew the money Feb , March and April and said my membership expired in Feb.

This company took money from my account with out any permission , I have never used this company, or authorized this company or give permission or talk to or anything to this company who has took money from our bank acct. That is Theft. This company will not answer the number I noted, they will not email you back . I found a place on a website for carreers for there ripoff company where you could email them . So I emailed them and have gotten nothing back.

I will fight this company and dispute the charges. This is not right that they can steal and get by with it.

I used to love picmonkey and used it all the time until I purchased software for my computer. I noticed a couple of days ago that I had lost my debit card and picmonkey was one of the transactions that went through. I contacted my bank and they blocked the card and told me to contact the companies before filing a dispute through the bank.

I contacted picmonkey via email because their phone number goes straight to voice mail. I didn't hear anything back until the next day. I gave them my card information and they looked up the account.

The customer service agent proceeds to tell me that the account had been cancled and she was 'sorry to see me go'. After I told her I wanted to be refunded because I did not create the account, she then says 'We know its an account you opened because the e-mail address matches your name, and the IP address matches. A refund has been issued for the canceled account. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions or concerns.'

That is a huge lie. I have not accessed my old account in months, plus I used my phone to contact them. I never logged into the account.

All together I hope no one has issues with picmonkey, because the customer service is very rude. I highly dount they will actually give my money back.
