This company took $300 for customization work on 02.02.2014 and they did nothing at all since then. After so many times trying to contact them through the support ticket, they then delete everything and create a new ticket in 11.01.2017 and trying to trap their customer into paying more money. That's all they did. This is a total ripoff company.
