On August 10 & August 15, 2017 we purchased 2 phones from this company off of eBay. We initially purchased them to use to take photos to do our eBay drafts because we sell military surplus on eBay. The Sprint phone we were told by Sprint is a DEMO phone and cannot be used as a nirmal phone and only operates at 60%.
The At&t phone we were told by At&t that the phone has not been paid off. We call phonestoreUSA and they said that they buy direct from Sprint & At&t and that the phones are not stolen. How could they have purchased these phones direct if one is a Demo phone and the other has not been paid off? The pnly way you could get the phones like that is if they were STOLEN!
Also they would not help us because we are past the warranty. I'm well aware of that but you sold us stolen phones! We want a full refund. They need to be turned over to the police. The eBay item numbers for purchases are the following: 352126357945 & 292062089795. We called eBay and filed a complaint against them for selling stolen items. These phones cannot be used and are worthless! Please help!
