I had a interview last year with Jessica and she never called on the day she was supposed to call. I messaged her and asked her about it and she kinda got a attitude and blamed me(the first red flag). She then set a time for the next day, when she called we exchanged hellos and then she asked me “Was I asleep”(the second red flag) then she hung up before I could even say no. Fast forward this year, I was looking for a pso job to do in my spare time. And I found a article mentioning phonesexjobs.info and so I decided to put in a application, forgetting that this was the same company that Jessica contacted me from last year. She sent in a email with a time frame, asking which time I am available so she can give me a interview and I told her the time. And then she replied back that didn’t work for her (red flag). So I sent in another time to which she agreed to. When she called we exchanged hellos and then she did the same bs asking was I asleep to which I said no. And then she said that I wasn’t a good fit because I sound like I’m asleep and that I sound laidback. I have worked with 2 pso companies, have done(and still do) both independent cam modeling and pso. Not one time have I been told that I sound like I’m asleep or that my voice is too laidback. In fact I’ve always been complemented on how my voice is sexy or how I sound young and each company I’ve sent in application for I’ve always been hired. Now that I see other women are saying how Jessica have said something about their voice and one women even saying how she said her voice is too “ethic”. My only guess is maybe she is racist and only want very young sounding white women to work for her. Either way, I’m glad that I didn’t get hired because now I’m seeing all these complaints of Jessica and other employees being highly unprofessional, not paying women for their work and even being immature about talking shit about other companies. So my advice to other women is don’t worry this company will get theirs one day and to look out there. There are a lot of good pso companies out here.
Jessica is truly mentally unwell. She has literal tantrums like a child. Also the call volume was low. Even at peak hours, I would get no calls. She said it's my fault because I got negative reviews. I got two negative reviews from pedophiles who wanted me to talk about sex with girls ages 4 and 6. I got 19 positive reviews and was only there for a month. Jessica sucks!
Jessica is the owner of Now Productions. She says shes the hiring manager but that's not true. She's defensive rude and always threating which can make our jobs as PSO's even more stressful. I worked really hard for this company. I did over 1,200 plus minutes and was never paid.
The 1 time I complained about the breakdown of my minutes she sent me a barrage of emails saying I should work at "Wendy's" as if that a bad thing and never paid me for my minutes. She changes her phone number often and bad mouths other companies.
She really isn't a good employer, a good person and her work ethic is crude. Just because we are PSO's we shouldn't be treated like trash. Stay away from her she will make your life miserable and she spits venom from that mouth of hers if you are an employee or another company.
